It does not dry your dishes, for this price you would think it would most definitely dry your dishes. We spent almost $8000.00 on ALL Samsung products for our kitchen as well as the samsung flex washer and dryer, If I could go back and do it all over again, I would choose a different brand. It would not of been SAMSUNG

Touch panel went bad do not buy

Not only that but, Samsung approved techs are charging 89 to come out and I looked at the part I need and its 289 itself. Basically half of the price of a new one. After research I see this model has this issue over and over. Worked great when it worked. Please avoid this model unless you purchase the extra warranty.

Cons: Doesn’t dry well Leaves soap residue Musty smell on the inside Pros: very quiet

Horrible smell when is done washing

Never had this issue with any other machine. We installed another samsung dishwasher, different model, in another home and .. exact same horrible smell. On google I found many complaining about same issue with samsung dishwashers. Help!

Broken within the first 10 months

It worked ok up until last week when I started receiving a 5C error code and dirty dishes. I have since had both a Samsung technician and a Best Buy installer take a look at it, and neither one is accepting responsibility. Samsung says it was Best Buy installer's problem. The Best Buy installer says it's Samsung's responsibility. I am now left with a broken $1000 dishwasher and no one seems to be helping. This is taking so much time out of my full time job that it's beginning to affect my performance, and I'm beginning to lose money by having to deal with this issue. I do not want to have to keep calling Samsung technicians and Best Buy installers to come and look at the unit. Samsung should just replace and install the washing machine for free as soon as possible. This is so frustrating. Is this Samsung's standards? If so, I don't want to purchase another Samsung product ever again. I am so afraid now, because I bought a Samsung bundle for my entire house, including our refrigerator, range, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. What other issues are going to show up?
