Samsung dishwawher

Ran an empty load on the 60 min cycle. The main thing I noticed was water spots all over the dishwasher. Loaded the dishwasher this evening, and tried to change the cycle to auto. None of the buttons worked! Powered off, changes, buttons, nothing worked. The dishwasher would not even start! We bought a Samsung refrigerator, and not happy with that, so not sure why we bought a Samsung dishwasher! Samsung TV's. etc. are great, but I am not impressed with Samsung appliances! We will be calling Best Buy tomorrow to return this to the store and buy the KitchenAid I originally wanted! So disappointed in this dishwasher!

Samsung tech came out and fixed the PC error only to now have a water supply error. Unbelievable that a new unit fails in 4 months of normal everyday use.

1. Check if the water supply valve is closed, the water supply is suspended, or the water inlet valve or line is frozen or clogged by foreign particles.
2. If the problem continues, close the water supply valve and contact an authorized Samsung service center.

It is now Mar 2, 2024 "18 months" this $900 unit is dead and out of warranty. Spoke with support and the minimal estimate is $300 and could be more depending on what parts. There is no option for a tech to diagnose the issue and let me decide if I would like to fix. Kind of like going to the doctors and getting the bill, you have no idea how much. Maybe I expect too much from appliances these days.
