Leaky dishwasher

I had Geek Squad out for service 4 times and were unable to fix it. They would not come out any more. I had to call Samsung to get refund. That process took two months but Samsung finally refunded my purchase price. The whole process from purchase to refund was 5 months. Never buy Samsung again

Known issue with door release - Samsung disappoint

According to the unit it ran 35 cycles before the auto release door feature broke. A known issue if you look at Samsung community - because a seasonal home it broke 5 months outside of warranty - Samsung will not ship me the $20 part they will only accept sending a $300 service reapair (but the part will be free)

The dishwasher doesn't dry properly also the bottom rack is getting stuck somewhere. I am not happy with the purchase. I contacted Samsung today but with no answer. Our fridge and range were gone. In my opinion, they were sold and figured they would have the items in before we needed them. Totally disappointing. Also, trying to reach Best Buy is impossible. It’s finicky water sensor died and gif mad two days after i bought it. As the tech came in to fix it he proclaimed its likely a Samsung as though it’s a common issue.

Buy this if want induced dry rot

Leaks every cycle under the door and has ruined the cabinets and flooring in my new house that we just built. I've done all troubleshooting suggested by Samsung online. Bestbuy won't provide any assistance or exchange it for a replacement becuase it's been 20 days since it was delivered - they say this can only be done within 15 days. They suggest I have this 20 day old appliance repaired. Im so frusterated and disappointed with Bestbuy.

Dishwasher Not Drying

Also, my old dishwasher was 20 years old and I didn’t have any problems with it drying my dishes at all.

Samsung is saying the 1 year warranty ended 7 month into our ownership. Hopefully this will get sorted and repaired under warranty. Not overly impressed with the product or warranty process at this point.

I never rinsed anything off and never had a dirty anything come out still dirty. I got the Samsung because of the sale, if you don't 'prewash' before running the.cycle , a lot of items come out dirty.. wish I would have gotten the bosch.

I noticed the Waterwall was no longer going back in place and my dishes were not clean. Samsung customer service was fine but when I received my service order request it said it was Out of Warranty. I don’t even want to think about how much this is going to cost us, especially when we just bought it August of 2020. Just recently our Samsung Washer had exploded on us. Literally EXPLODED. They are still not showing any type of sense of urgency to fix this when there is an obvious lawsuit against them on this. I used to love Samsung products, but holy cow - do not waste your money on products that don’t last and a company that doesn’t fix the crappy products they sell.
