    Failing less that 1 year after purchase and install. Just turns off during the washing cycle. Trying to get repairs is a nightmare, - Samsung is saying BestBuy did not enter the information for the item/SN number.

    Dissatisfaction with the Samsung Linear Wash

    Very disappointed in the inability for this dishwasher to actually clean the dishes which were rinsed before placing in the dishwasher. Apparently for the $1100 price tag, the linear wash technology is not perfected.

    We do like the dishwasher overall, but it doesn’t dry as well as our previous dishwasher did.

    Purchased March 8, 2021. Picked up March 13, 2021 and installed. Last week, approx Feb 18, 2023, the dishwasher throws a code, "PC". There is no help available online or suggestions for a fix. I'm supposed to just call a technician, wait two weeks for them to come, another 3 weeks for parts, 2 more weeks for install, trouble shoot again when that doesn't fix it and wait some more. No! Ordered a new LG. It will be here tomorrow. WE NEED LAWS REQUIRING MANUFACTURERS TO WARRANTY APPLIANCES PARTS/LABOR FOR 10YRS ON ALL NEW APPLIANCES!!! We are wasting resources and adding to landfills simply to pad pockets of companies and rip people off!

    Nothing but trouble

    Worked well for about a month, then we noticed the dishes on the bottom rack weren’t getting clean. A Samsung technician replaced the motor assembly that runs the water wall, and the next day we still had the same problem. Fast forward 3 weeks after another diagnosis call and waiting for more parts. We are now replacing the motor assembly again, along with a wiring harness and PCB main board. They are basically rebuilding the whole dishwasher. What a disaster. This is my first Samsung dishwasher, and probably my last.

    Look at something different

    Have had this dishwasher for a month and a half. Worked great the first few washes. Slowly stopped drying all dishes. Now it doesn't clean very well. Have plates, glasses, utensils from all 3 racks that are coated in gunk when they come out. Lack of drying is so bad that the door has water on it once open. Have tried combination of settings including high temp, sanitize, heavy, normal, express. Using rinse aid doesn't help. I do not recommend this unit and am highly disappointed after stalking the piece and shopping for one for 3 months.

    Dishwasher was to have been delivered and installed on 12/19/20 but was unexplainably delayed and finally delivered and installed on 12/29/20 after several complaints. The crew who delivered and installed were very professional and competent. My only complaint was the delay and the hectic process to correct it.

    Waterwall motor broke after 15 months

    I thought I was getting a good product from Samsung. Dishes were getting washed from such a nearly quiet dishwasher. It was fantastic. Then after 15 months, the Waterwall would not stop moving after cleaning. And a few days later, the Waterwall stopped moving completely. Without the Waterwall moving, dishes at the bottom were no longer getting cleaned. The cost to get it repaired will be 1/2 the amount I paid for it since it was no longer in warranty. I thought I was getting a premium with Samsung. I cannot risk paying for the repair with another breakdown occurring in the next several months. I'm just going to bite the bullet and purchase another dishwasher. I will not make the same mistake again.

    Two Lemons. Months without a dishwasher

    I purchased this unit back on 1/3/23. It took until March to get an install scheduled. The unit failed with an LC error within two weeks. Thankfully I had total support so I was able to trade for another unit, but spent three weeks hand washing dishes for my whole family while waiting for another install date. The second unit failed with an LC error within one week of install. I have now shelled out more money for a Bosch. Never again with a Samsung dishwasher.

    Very, Very Disappointed

    I purchased this dishwasher 10 months ago and I absolutely hate it. It does not get the dishes clean. I pretty much have to give my dishes, including utensils, a good scrubbing before putting them in the dishwasher or they likely will not be clean after the cycle. The dishes also never dry. The door is supposed to automatically open to release steam, but it doesn't work. I have followed the user manual instructions to try and fix this, but to no avail. The door popped open the first few times and has never worked again. I would not recommend this dishwasher and it was definitely NOT worth how much it cost me to purchase and have installed.

    I would be in love with this dishwasher if only the AutoRelease™ Door Drying feature worked correctly and consistently! Drives me crazy. It works once or twice out of every 20 washes if I had to guess.

    Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. Installation was on May 18th, and the unit started leaking this weekend June 4th. Reached out to Geek Squad for help but they only but direct me to work with Samsung directly. Not sure why I bought the Geek Squad protection after all. In the end I spent a $1k for a leaking dishwasher, water damaged flooring and even more of a delay getting it repaired while I work through the Samsung process.

    Have not got my Dishwasher

    I do not Know how it work, The First delivery It was Damaged 2 dents and a bowed door. the 2nd Delivery they did not have it on the truck. I lost 2 days of work a total of 368.00. the 3rd delivery was to be done i 3 days, the 1st on the 5th to deliver of the dishwasher on the 7th to install the dishwasher on the 8th to hull away the old one. i was told that a manager would call me. never got a call so i called and cancel the 3rd delivery and set up a 4th delivery for every thing to be done on the same day.

    Really disappointed in this washing machine. Glasses come out dirty and require extra scrubbing. It's way quieter than my old one but nowhere near as good. What a shame

    Ater 6 months of use, the dishwasher nolonger cleans the dishes on the bottom rack. Samsung offers very little information on how to resolve the issue, I believe it has something to do with the design of the bottom water vane not functioning properly. Tried to find an appliance repai=r shop here in New Bern, NC but nobody works on Samsung's. Very dissatisfied with Samsung appliances........had several issues with their refigerator and their stove as well.
