    Do not buy this dishwasher. It doesn’t wash and it doesn’t dry! It washes with the bare minimum. And everything stays soaking wet no matter what cycle I put it on. Save your thousand dollars somewhere else. My 10 year old Bosch worked so much better!!! You would think putting it on the sanitize cycle being in there for three hours would get everything dry. Nope soaking wet.

    Not happy with Best buy

    I would like to leave a review but it never made it into the house. Had a crease up by the controls . So delivery men returned it to the wrong store and it still has not come up as a return. I have spent at least 5 hours with people trying to help me. Ordered this in June and now they placed a new order and it won't be delivered until Aug 10. Meanwhile my kids and grandkids will be here in 11 days. We spent a lot of money on all new appliances and would expect better service.

    Within one year the dishwasher has not been working properly. The bottom water jet keeps falling off rails and the dishes do not get cleaned. Have had to call Samsung technician twice now. This 2nd time the technician has rescheduled twice. It’s been two weeks now and still no repair work done.

    Terrible Buy is Best Buy

    The item itself is fine. The people who were supposed to install and haul away terrible They couldn’t even find our home after being given directions. Best Buy’s excuse, “The drivers are from PA. They don’t know NJ roads.” Horrible experience. We are both disabled and don’t drive. Hired a 3rd party handyman to do everything. He was cheaper and found our home. Go elsewhere to purchase anything.

    Do not buy this dishwasher. I replaced two parts in two years. Dishes won't come clean. I am now replacing the dishwasher. It is a piece of junk. Repair technician suggested staying away from Samsung. I'm going to give Bosch a try.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money. I haven’t even had this dishwasher for a year now, hate it! I’m lucky if my dishes come out clean once out of every 10 times I use. Plus they are always wet even when left overnight. Worst product I have ever purchased.

    This thing is garbage. I wish I had a good thing to say about it, but I don’t. A little after having it for a year it’s caused us nothing but problems. Currently we are on our 7th service call about this dishwasher & it still doesn’t work. The water wall is great in theory, but ours has failed twice. Now it is now some panel they they have to replace. Samsung makes good phones, but their appliances.. not so much.

    Died in less than 2 years. 6/4/2020 - 5/19/2022 R.I.P. Warranty good for 1-year. Would not power up. Samsung operator said known issue where Power Button gets stuck and won’t turn on. Caveat Emptor. Sam was good to us until the day it died. RIP Lil Sam Sung.

    Top Rack Nozzle Arm Falls Off Into Lower Rack

    The dishwasher's top nozzle arm falls off onto the lower rack anytime you slide out the top rack. Samsung says they will just replace with SAME MODEL! Even when the repairman says the nozzle arm is just going to do the same thing and fall off! DO NOT BUY!!!

    Stopped working after 30 days. Best buy has been her twice. First time they didn’t fix and added a leak. Second time they didn’t fix the leak. Stay away from Samsung appliances. Cheaply made and terrible after service.

    But this dishwasher after all the high reviews. Had to replace the 1st one with constant breakdowns. Received new one. Nothing but problems again. Motor replaces, computer line replaced, you name it replaced! Never again Samsung! Every technician said there are constant problems with this machine. Do yourself a favor and buy a Boshe or Kitchenaid!

    It’s nice and quiet, but it doesn’t really clean as well as I thought it would. Also, about two months after I got it, I started getting an error code that it wasn’t draining properly. Now it’s happening more frequently and I don’t know how to fix it. And I’ve had it for less than a year and a half. Very disappointed.
