    Poor quality. Broke down after 2 years, tripping the GFI randomly during the cycle. Not under warranty so charged $190 just to have a technician looking at it, too expensive to repair… worst purchase ever.

    your very hard to deal with REF 3247752890. i have called many times spent hours trying to get through. i will not buy from you again it is to difficult. many other places to shop. i am ready to buy a refrigerator,washer and dryer, along with 2 flat screens. i am already shopping elsewhere

    Auto programming does not work and at times lots of other functions dont perform as mentioned in instruction panel

    Does not work brand new

    This unit did not work brand new out of the box. Our electrician confirmed electrical current to the unit and proper hook up, just would not power on. Called Samsung also to troubleshoot and make sure there was not some trick and nope, just doesn't work. Returning it.

    Horrible dishwasher

    I received the dishwasher it worked for 2 weeks and neither best buy or Samsung replaced it. Both said there was nothing they could do. They asked me to get a plumber I did and still not worki m g. They sent a repairmen and still not working.

    Wish I had kept my Maytags

    Doesn’t wash the dishes, possibly broken? A piece inside seems to not be connected to anything. I can’t tell and I’m not even surprised. I bought all Samsung appliances and have had the worst experience with Best Buy. After 3 months, I can’t get functioning appliances. It is too much for a person to handle.

    Avoid WaterWall

    WaterWall eventually broke and would not clean any dishes on the bottom rack. The waterwall piece would come off the rail. After *multiple* visits from a tech to fix the issue, it was less than a year before it broke again, with the same exact issue.

    Great quality . Feels like a high end dishwasher. Installer did a great job. It was a hard install because of cabinet location.

    Don't by this model, we bought this dish washer brand new, the problem is, that water valve connector, it's made out plastic, I expended $200 in ceiling tile because the water valve broke and the water went down in my basement

    Dishwasher works and is very quite but is now worthless to me since after only 2 months the door doesn’t seal and leaks water all over the floor.

    The refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher are great. No issues with the items. The issue we had is the delivery and installation is not really installation. It is mostly delivery. The install is a joke. They claimed they didn’t know how to install it.

    I paid to have the dishwasher installed by the BestBuy team. From the moment they got to my house, they were coming up with excuse not to install it. First, they said we needed a longer hose. Then, they said I need a shut off valve and refused to install it... this is not the first time I upgrade my dishwasher and I never had a problem before!!!

    Other getting a notice on my Samsung TV of the dishwasher cycle being complete, i would not have known it was running.

    A month after the factory warranty went out the linear wash bar went out. Wish I would have done research prior to purchasing for over $1000, as it would cost about $400-$600 to repair. I wrote Samsung with no response. Very disappointed.

    Never buying a product from Best buy again

    Will never buy a product again from best buy. The service is horrendous. My dishwasher is lying unused for 2 weeks after installation. Installation was done improperly.

    We’ve had this dishwasher for almost 5 years now. It is by far the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I can’t hear it running at all from 10 ft away. It cleans very well. The adjustable racks and the 3rd rack make fitting everything in a breeze. The door automatically opens for the last 10 minutes of drying, so things actually get dry inside. It dings pleasantly at the beginning and end of those last 10 minutes - though that can be shut off. The smart features are very helpful - including letting me know when it is out of rinse solution. We have had zero problems. The normal cycle takes around 2.5 hours, which seems a bit excessive. But we use the auto cycle - as recommended by the Smart Things app - which automatically detects soil/grease level, and usually results in a shorter wash cycle.

    They did not examine the product before i purchased it. I had to hire an appliance tech and pay an extra 100 for it to run properly
