Do not buy this dishwasher. Simply miserable experience. I was initially attracted by the features, and the rack design, and quite frankly to upgrade a sketchy old one that was quite loud. Within a month of the install, I had to have a Samsung tech out to fix the inside rear plastic line that supplies water to the racks, who had no idea what he was doing, and popped it back in and said "keep an eye on it." No other fix. About 8 months later, the dishwasher started cutting out in the middle of cycles, and then would not turn on at all. Yet again, the same Samsung techs came out, replaced the control unit, and it wouldn't work. They said yeah, seems like an electrical problem, we don't work on dishwashers that much, sorry, and left. I then hired my personal electrician to come look at it, who found that the original best buy installers absolutely pulverized the romex line supplying power to it when installing it, stripping it down to the copper. Once replaced, it works again fine. A year and some months later, the middle rack is now totally broken and doesn't stay in place or clip in, so it's free floating and comes out every time you open the dishwasher and you have to juggle it while loading and unloading. Ridiculous. This is not a serious dishwasher. It cleans, when it actually works, but that's rare. Don't buy it.

When running this can be so quiet that I almost didn't think it was running. The 3 racks are nice and has a lot of adjustable options to load different size dishes. The wifi enabled app seems like overkill but I do like that it reminds me to run a self clean cycle every 20 cycles as I would forget that otherwise.

Dishwasher is very quiet and works great! I would recommend.

The product may be outstanding but the installation I paid for was not properly completed with the attachments to the counter and the electrical connection. I called Samsung when the dishwasher stopped working after a month or two and had to call an electrician . Samsung determined the dishwasher was operational but there was a problem with the power supply. The electrician removed the dishwasher and found the plug had worked loose from the connection and the dishwasher was improperly attached to the cabinet and the power plug was no longer attached to the wall.

It is very quiet, and I love it not sustaining any fingerprints. Best dishwasher ever! The choices it is providing us, allows us to truly hone in on what type of load we are looking to do. Whether it is deep cleaning of very dirty pots and pans or just warming our dishes up for us. It's truly wonderful!

I absolutely love this product. Very happy with his list and with his functionality. Everything is smart home now, so it fit right in. And being in a wheelchair it’s very easy to get in and out of.

Works good. Super quiet. Some stuff don’t get all the way clean if not loaded properly or overloaded. Overall a good product.

This dishwasher is so quiet, I can't tell that it is running! Luckily it plays a little tune when it is done, and a message also shows up on my TV when it's done. It does a great job on the dishes and I love the visible timer on the outside.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned! We set the delay on it and let it run while we are sleeping. Has all the features I wanted. If you like to rinse or wash your dishes before you put them in the dish washer, you are going to love the 60 minute cycle. It does a great job in a short period of time.

Love this dishwasher. It is so quiet you don’t even know it’s on. It’s absolutely the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. I also like the new technology where the door opens and the fan dries the dishes. It’s safer for dish wear and tear and it lets me know it’s time to empty. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the purchase. Machine is extra quiet and washes very well. My previous one was from Whirlpool gold series purchased some time around 2014-2015. The new one has a sprayer underneath that is moving from side to side and is able to provide a much better wash.

It gets everything clean it runs smoothly and quietly
