Terrible Installation Experience. Would Not Recommend Best Buy for Appliances I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and opted for their installation service, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, the installation was poorly executed. My flooring was damaged during the process, and the dishwasher has had persistent drainage issues ever since. When I contacted Samsung, the manufacturer, they confirmed the problem was due to improper installation. But Best Buy’s installation team refused to take responsibility, citing a 90-day installation warranty, even though the issue began immediately and has never been resolved. I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop, with Samsung telling me to call Best Buy, and Best Buy telling me to call Samsung. No one is willing to own the problem. This experience has been chaotic and exhausting. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer. Best Buy’s lack of accountability and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases or installation services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Works great! Quiet! Best dishwasher I have owned. The best feature is everything is dry when it’s done, even plastic.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. I was hesitant to replace my previous dishwasher because it worked so well, but it was getting old and didn’t match our new kitchen remodel. I was worried that this wouldn’t get my dishes dry enough because my previous dishwasher had a heated dry option whereas this only has the auto release feature. So far, it has worked perfectly. I usually run the dishwasher before bed and when I wake up the dishes are dried and ready to put away.

Our new dishwasher is the quietest thing I have ever not heard. We can be sitting right next to it for meals and no one would ever guess it was running.

I’ve had this dishwasher for a little over 2 years. I’d say it gets moderate usage given my family size and how often we wash dishes. Right after the 2 year mark, I started getting PC and 4C error codes. I checked the water supply and everything was good. Called a technician and he said no power was being supplied to the valve. Had to get a new control board for it to work.

Have only used this dishwasher a few times, but so far so good. It is so quiet that you hardly hear it. It gets the dishes exceptionally shiny clean.

Extremely quiet! At 39 dBA you never hear it running. 3rd rack is great for large cooking utensils.

One of the main reasons why I purchased this is because of how quiet it is. Can only really hear it when it fills or empties. Perfect.

Product is efficient and quiet. Seems to clean well, but we still are learning the best settings for the things being washed.

Purchased this on 07/2019 it was nice and quiet and cleaned the dishes really good until it stopped working on 05/2021. Thanks goodnes I purchased the extended warranty since the part that was broken was discontinued. I got store credit to put it towards a new dishwasher. We will see how a Kitchen Aid dishwasher works.
