We can barely tell it’s running ! We like the blue light with time remaining also ... Overall great dishwasher!!

In spite of the fact the dishwasher is out of service at this time because it was installed incorrectly and we are having issues with getting it serviced due to COVID-19, we were very happy when it was in service. We purchased this dishwasher on 12/1/19, it was installed on 12/27/19. We used it twice over the next 2 days and were then off on a trip until 3/5/20. We have used the dishwasher for about 3 weeks since and now it is out of service as indicated above.

Cost a lot of money, but so far it seems a wonderful machine. Hopefully We will receive excellent service from it

I am very happy with this machine. It is so quite until hear the beep sound and the door open then you know it is finished.

Very very good dishwasher. The sanitize feature is particularly great in my opinion. The only disappointing part of this dishwasher is the racks. Samsung always tries to be really clever with their racks and they always end up with bent pegs.

Dishwasher is so quiet when its running. Wifi is cool to have. I can start my dishwasher with my phone.

Honestly, just don't buy any Samsung appliances. They don't have any customer service and warranty policies. If anything breaks after 12 months, you have to pay hefty repairing feed out of pocket. This dishwasher gave me trouble starting around 1 year after using it. The top nozzle kept falling off and then the unit started leaking. Samsung refused to take responsibility. Now I am stuck with it. I already spent $100 fox fixing the top nozzle and the leak would cost me around $600 to fix. P.s. I bought a full set of appliances with this purchase and the microwave stopped working within 4 months. Thank god it was under warranty.
