Box of garbage. Please don't waste your money

This dishwasher is complete garbage. Purchased in early 2020. It broke the first time under warranty, the feature that opens the dishwasher stopped working. Six months ago the water wall stopped working. It cost $800 out of pocket to fix. Samsung had no repairman in our area nor did Best Buy which is garbage because they both would have someone there to install it if we purchased from them. Obviously we have purchased through Best Buy and they are no help at all. I have total tech support and that is a whole pile of garbage on the side. Anyways, now it is leaking and Best Buy or Samsung could not get any technician in our area so we had to call someone local that was reputable. He came over and looked at it for about 45 minutes and said it was leaking from the water wall and from two other places... he did not charge us and said he would not work on it because he didn't want to put his name on it. Let's all keep in mind that if I have the extended warranty they would magically have someone that can work on it in the area. About to drop a thousand more dollars on a Bosch dishwasher.

Install was easy. The only problem is that you can’t hear it running unless you are next to it or you noticed the timer is display that shows how long until the unit is done and the door opens.

There are two regular racks and on top of the top rack there is a skid out for bigger utensils lids for cups big knives. There is also a holder for silverware that’s has 4 different holders! Only downfall is Best Buy does not install these! So it’s beware u will need to contact an electrician or do it yourself !

This Samsung dishwasher sounds impressive on paper, but in real use it falls short. Despite the low 39 dBA claim, it doesn’t feel significantly quieter than cheaper models, and some cycles leave dishes with spots and stuck-on food. The 3rd rack feels cramped and awkward, and the controls can be confusing. Build quality feels flimsy for the price, and reliability doesn’t match expectations for a premium machine. Not worth the premium tag compared to better-performing
