The 3rd rack is great for knives, cutting board, etc. so far it was a good purchase

Has a lot of nice features. Top rack for utensils is handy. Also 60 minute speed wash.

The machines waterwall stopped moving and wouldn't clean lower rack dishes. It would also stop running in the middle of its cycle and drain itself, leaving dirty dishes. Samsung stood behind it under its 6 month warranty and refunded the full purchase price. We are Samsung loyal but purchased a different brand of dishwasher after this flop. 2 stars instead of 1 only because Samsung refunded.

Glad we got this dishwasher. Wife enjoying it a lot.

Several issues: - the water spraying from the bottom keeps popping and when it happens it won’t clear your dishes - when it’s clogged you need an expensive repair (a combination plumber + appliance repair would have been the price of this dishwasher) - the bottom drawer had trouble going in. We needed to use the warranty to get it repaired. - the cleaning is ok but not great. When it got clogged, it was not under warranty. We replaced it with a Bosch dishwasher.

Purchased this Jul 4, 2022, to replace my GE of 10 years after it started to leak. It is now Mar 2, 2024 "18 months" this $900 unit is dead and out of warranty. Spoke with support and the minimal estimate is $300 and could be more depending on what parts. There is no option for a tech to diagnose the issue and let me decide if I would like to fix. Kind of like going to the doctors and getting the bill, you have no idea how much. Maybe I expect too much from appliances these days.

Great so far - have had dishwasher for about 3 weeks. Our dishes are coming out so much cleaner!

Upon favorable reviews bought Samsung Linear dishwasher. Del.men said bad water valve and left it in the garage. Hired plumber to install new shut off valve. Immediately called for new install date which was a week later. 4 men from Geek squad installed it. Dishwasher worked 12 loads or so & started leaking and would shut off & 57-to 55 min. to go. Restarts didn't work. Called Samsung and serviceman came out 9-23 and added an update gasket,ran it thru 1 time &said it's good to go. We ran it for 2 different loads & noticed a puddle of water on the floor! I took a short video of dripping. Immediately dried our hardwood floor,& restarted it. Machine shut off @ 57 min. it seemed that the door would not stay closed, restart lasted until 54 min. & quit. Called Unique (Samsung authorized service co.) They couldn't schedule us till Friday 9-27. 2 men came out and said nothing they could do about it! They said it was "improper installation!" The drain was leaking. They took a pict. of floor behind machine and it was wet! We called Best buy and they are scheduled to come out next Tuesday. I hope this will take care of this problem. We wanted to give a great review! But not yet.
