overheats, poor charging

I know it discharges as the pop-up about making sure the case if fully snapped on comes up. The phone also gets quite hot during charging, I've seen over 120 degrees more than once. I've gone through 2 phones, 2 cases and 2 chargers. I've had the Samsung rep in the store try to figure it out (he was very helpful and frustrated as well). I've taken it to Verizon. Very annoying.

Do not buy

Great open box value

Very convenient and I can continue to use my phone for some more time even with a broken charge pin.

Phone slides off easily
