After a lot of research I discovered this monitor was the best choice for the money. I have a MacBook Pro M1 and a HP Omen with RTX 3070(144hz screen). Both perform great when connected to this monitor. It also has two eye care modes.

Really Good Monitor for the price

Its a great quality build, has plenty of movements, and the screen looks really great in 2K resolution. Only downside I saw was that the monitor is a little wobble because of the stand's design, but its not a big deal since I won't be moving the monitor.
