The screen on the first monitor never would turn on. Tried everything, changing outlets, ports, swapping cables since I had two, even swapping computers, nothing! Monitor two was going ok until after about an hour I noticed dead pixels on the screen. Sad that QC would let things like this get by...I will be returning both and going with another brand as I can't trust this brand.

When it has a pretty bad event it also flashes to white, then red, then green. Hopefully it resolves itself in a couple of days, because if it doesn’t I’ll have to go through the run around with Samasung support.

Took like 10 minutes to open it up, box was taped like 5 times over for some reason (I wonder why), then the covers that are supposed to cover the monitor parts were all torn up and retaped, and then the DisplayPort that came with it didn’t even work so I had to go buy another… monitor itself seemed new so maybe it was an open box return but still, not what I ordered or paid for.
