When I first got the monitor l, the screen used to flicker so I had to unplug the monitor and turn it back on for the problem to be fixed. Recently, this problem has not appeared.

Otherwise, the Ark is substantially limited by Samsung’s software, bugs, and the company truly has the worst customer service of any tech company I’ve interacted with in 30 years.

The first one arrived damaged and the second two had connectivity issues with the Arc Dial remote. Clicking the input button would disconnect the remote making it useless until reconnected and overall was an incredibly frustrating experience.
