The only issue I really have is darks are somewhat hard to see through but other than that I love it.

Garbage and Customer Service Was Garbage Too!

The screen developed lines after 4 months of use. I turned it on one day and they were there. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives, all of whom spoke English as a second language, who gave me the run-around. They accused me of damaging it and would not cover it under warranty. I finally spoke to a representative who agreed to have me send it to Samsung and they would determine if it was warranty related. I sent the unit in the original packaging. A representative contacted me and said the unit had visible damage and they would not cover it under warranty. This unit was not damaged when I sent it. They sent me a photo of the box unopened and then a photo of the unit physically damaged. I have photos of the unit before I sent it and it wasn't damaged. My conclusion is that Samsung intentionally damaged the unit at the repair center so they would not have to repair it under warranty. The best part is they said they couldn't even repair it if I agreed to pay for the repair because parts weren't available, on a 4 month old machine! I am going to follow up with legal action as a matter of principle.
