E-Sports youre good to go. Monitor wont firmware update by USB and followed all directions on Samsung.com. Also cant get the audio to function for some reason.

I went from the HP Omen x 27 240hz 1440p And the black levels on this are so much better. Makes it much easier to decern what is what in competitive games. Has typical known issue with coming out of sleep mode. Sometimes requiring me to replug it. Nbd to me. Quality is worth it.

With minimal flickering and reasonable backlight bleed. These things are fantastic past the problems that I’m sure you know about if you’re reading this

Works great in all modes, except adaptive sync / gsync. The screen has a terrible flicker when enabling and in nvidia control panel, it does not say it is actually gsync compatible. Early adopters beware, this might get fixed, but for such a pricey monitor, I expected it to work with gsync since it says it does on all materials online and even has a sticker on it.

I haven't made any adjustments. I checked for dead pixels and there were none. The stand is solid. Imo, 27 inches is great for console gaming. Good price currently.

I love the VA panel! Not quite OLED blacks but, way better than IPS. And no VA ghosting with this bad boy. Solid purchase

I had been playing on 1080p for the longest time and finally decided to upgrade and glad i did! The 1440p quality is amazingly good. The screen is really bright paired with a 3080ti you can’t go wrong!

If you think you’ll like it go ahead, give it a try. That’s what I did, and found out that I’m not a fan. Others say that it can be very immersive, but everyone’s different. Hooked to the XSX, colors and contrast are great, but screen started flickering a few hours after use. Cannot access the 240hz framerate on consoles, so it’s more of a gaming PC monitor. Ended up returning it since the price wasn’t worth the several drawbacks. Buyer beware.

Either way I recommend it but get a warranty just in case

The only downside is there is a flicker sometimes when playing games. It doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen here and there.
