Flaws with joystick make this a bad choice

However, my monitor ended up having a bad joystick two months after the warranty expired. This is a known issue with these monitors where the joystick fails due to heat issues. I would not recommend buying this monitor.

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

Did not work at all!

The menu after hitting the one button on the monitor does not work. Nothing shows up, I pressed once, twice, 20 times, held it for 10 seconds, 20 seconds. Nothing worked. Hooked up my xbox 360 to it, no signal. Hooked up my laptop to it, no signal. The thing was broke when I got it. Samsung is great in TVs, washers, driers, refrigerators, but they absolutely suck in monitors!
