Wow, this beast has it all! HDR, G-Sync, Freesync, 240Hz refresh. The curvature is a little extreme but I git used to it in no time. I would recommend you have 3 feet + on your desk of distance. Also, make sure you flash to the newest firmware to avoid flickering issues when VRR is enabled.

I have been buying gaming monitors in the last 6 months in the hope of finding a color accurate gaming monitor. I already have two 32" professional monitors (Asus PBQ32) here, and I always place the gaming monitor in between these to see just how color accurate it is. This samsung G7 has great blacks. The same goes for the other two which are also AMVA panels. The G7 is somewhat color accurate. Some red and green colors are off. I can't quite get the G7 to imitate sRGB. So I can't recommend it for color critical work. This monitor came with two red dead pixels, in the upper middle of the screen. It came without a DP cable or HDMI cable. It was an open box though. When I return a monitor I meticulously repackage everything and triple check the accessories. I can tell the person before me, had also desperately tried to calibrate Srgb, because of the custom settings I found that he had entered. I was perplexed when I did not find a "blue light filter" in the menu, neither did I find any saturation controls??? Other problems I found was when dragging a bright object around from one screen to another the samsung shows a lot of bleed on the bottom of the screen. The object I was dragging was a windows calendar widget. You know the orange calendar? If you drag that from one monitor to the g7, the g7 will switch brightness at the bottom of the screen where the task bar is. The curve doe not disturb me, but does nothing to please me either. When i get up in a standing position the middle of the curve has light bleed coming from the bottom. The real deal breaker for me is HDR. I actually think this monitor may be defective? Whilst watching a YouTube HDR video it flickers in and out of HDR. When HDR kicks back in, the white explode out of proportion and the whole scene is nearly invisible. I had also tried the Dell S3220DGF, which did not have this problem. I have not yet gamed on this monitor, and I am sure it will be nice and smooth. I have a 2070 so i doubt I will be able to push anything above 140 fps @ 1440p

Honestly this is the most beautiful monitor Ive ever played on. The 1000R curves perfectly to your eyes. The high refresh rate and HDR make this monitor incredible. In case you are wondering the flickering issue with adaptive sync has been solved with an update. All you need is a USB drive with the update on it.

Overall it is a great monitor for me. I'm not technical savvy so I can't say much other than I like the size, the picture looks really nice. I wish the colors were more vibrant but they are still nice to look at. If it were cheaper I would probably give it 5 stars.

The colors and viewing angles this VA monitor provided are awesome. The size of 32" is something I'll be looking for in the future. The curve... well.... That was not as good as I had hoped for. In something like Lost Ark, it felt like the screen was having a bouncing effect. In Apex Legends, it felt like things were getting closer to you on the sides and farther away in the center. It just didn't feel right. I had to return this unfortunately because, besides the curve, it was pretty amazing colorwise. Definitely close to the IPS I'm still on.

Works perfect and looks amazing, no trouble and easy to work with and looks great design wise. Genuinely recommend this monitor. As long as you have the funds for it, totally good investment.

Best monitor for the price. Got it on sale, upgraded from a dell dgf 32 inch curved. The dell monitor was great but the Samsung odyssey is far superior in features. I love the curve for immersion for games and movies. If your a gamer this is the one to get. Awesome colors and black levels.

Really love this monitor I think it is spectacular but it’s extremely expensive and it arrived with a string of dead pixels.

Stunning curved display that offers a large amount of customization to your viewing experience. My only complaint is that all of the USB ports are tucked into the back of the pannel and are not very accessible for routine use.

Beautiful picture with some fine tuning not much just a little bit.fast refresh rate . Does take up space being a 32 inch curved monitor but setup with a vesa mount it can eliminate the desk real-estate. Overall i would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect monitor. Amazing image quality, relatively easy setup, and it has no issues. Minor complaint is that the menu is a little bit annoying and the customization is eh, but that's true of all Samsung monitors so I won't hold it against this one.

The 240hz refresh is a great feature and the colors lool great. 32" however is a bit too big for 1440p. Maybe its the curve that does it, but it is far too easy to see the individual pixels and takes away the beauty of 240hz.

Amazing gaming monitor. I am switching over from console gaming and have been using an OLED panel for that. The differences are subtle in picture quality. Obviously this isn't 4K, but it is 240hz and it is a QLED panel. Great quality build.

beat buy won't trouble shoot tv and receiver i bought with SS. 5 k total and installers took tv box. tv has issues talking to receiver Dennon via ARCH. AND when u lower or raise vol audio goes out blacks dark shadows dont look good and sometimes it blurs wrong colors that merge from screen. like stage has purple lights and performer on tv will turn purple

Have had pretty good luck with 2 of these in a dual setup, running off of a 6900x for the last year, updating the firmware on them seems to be problematic the last time i tried, but they are beautiful displays, quite pricey

Monitor is amazing cant find a curved one with these exact feature for similar price they are all a lot more expensive colors look great and the HDR is amazing nice high refresh rate as well.
