    The Samsung Quality is clearly present in this Product! The Three Stars or theTwo Star Penalty is for the Best Buy Representatives Guidance and incorrect information. Specifically, the question asked was does the Monitor Swivel 90°? The Best Buy Representative Checked with the (?) and confirming the Monitor Did in Fact swivel 90° ! Not Sure How to make the Monitor Swivel 90°, save mounting it on the Wall Sideways ! Very Disappointed!
