    My complaint would be with the delivery of the item, yes it was delivered in the time that was stated but the box had a crushed corner. The Monitor does not turn on and off easily the button sticks, don't know if that's because of the box being damaged in delivery or it's a design flaw

    The product was what I was looking for, budget friendly. It was good all the way up to maybe a week when the screen began to flicker in game. No matter what I would do I would get flickering. Had to make a return was sad for it being it was a good brand of monitor.

    Bought the TV and 3 days later half of the screen distorted and was told by BestBuy since I didnt purchase the extended warranty they cant help me. Id understand 30 plus days into purchase but just a few days after buying from BestBuy and being told, because I didnt spend more money on the warranty I can go straight to the manufacturer... Not good business practice considering the amount of money I spend with your company and your company generating profit from my business. Made me not feel like a customer and just dollar signs to BestBuy.

    Terrible exp mounting this monitor; Poor design

    After weeks of researching how to mount this gaming monitor, we found out that this monitor can only be mounted with a special plate because the hollow section in back of the monitor is only compatible with what Samsung wants you to buy, beware! Samsung will ask you to buy a metal plate through a 3rd-party supplier. This metal plate is not available in any store and its only available for Samsung monitors. If you read the reviews in Google, you will find that many customers face the same challenge of mounting it. Terrible design by Samsung.

    Very disappointed, I love everything Samsung, but this one was turn off. It came in well packaged and delivered on time. However I only had been using it on for a few days and it worked fine for an hour or so And then started losing the picture. It was coming in and out every minute or so. The longer it was on the more frequently it is flashing. Called Samsung support and they had me me reset it and said it should be fine. Well … it is not. Tried changing HDMI cable, different power surcharge… no luck It is going back

    I can see the individual pixels on the screen so that's interesting. It has these weird lines too. Not really something I'd recommend as it is very distracting.

    Worked great for 3 months, then half screen red.

    Have had this monitor under 3 months and now the left half of the screen is all red lines. It started as just a line straight down the middle and turned red out of nowhere while I was gaming. It is not the HDMI cable (tried different ones/hooked up to TV), it is not the graphics card (again hooked up to TV, it is a hardware issue with the monitor. It was a great monitor for the first 3 months and for the price, I hope Samsung warranty process fixes or replaces this.

    Dont believe about get it by the promised time ! It’s not true ! They Don’t Give a chit If Your Getting it late! I had to travel back to my homecountry without taking it with me, like I was supose to! And they didn’t offer me solutions, they just say “we’re sorry” I couldn’t cancel the order. They didn't want to change the delivery to a “pick up”. And if a want it to cancel, I would have to wait until the item comes. Now i have to wait 6 month to travel again and take it with me. Just not fare!

    This monitor has brightness problem. The lowest brightness is very very bright. I had to spend $50 more for a brightness reducing sheet. The monitor does not turn off automatically when the laptop is in sleep mode. The monitor keeps throwing out light from the whole screen all night even though there's no power supply. Very stupid

    Had this monitor sitting in the box over the months and started using it last month im an professional streamer and i wake up this morning at 3 am in the morning with an impacted screen, i dont know whether the screen is weak... or it jus caves in or whatever the case may be but ive never witnessed an broken monitor out of the blue i would like an replacement and or compensation.

    Price Match Did Not Work at Best Buys. I bought this Monitor at Best Buys, 9 September, 9 Days ago for $219.99, $20.00 more than today's advertised special price. Best Buy's price today is $199.99. Best Buy will Not honor their Price Match Guarantee. Something about a special buy 9 days ago at $219.99.
