This was bought as "Pre-Owned" from Best Buy--not from a third party. The phone had factory reset done to it so it was as if new. Only issue I had with it was, when I tried to check for updates, the error message says that the OS is not recognized. After contacting customer service, they said it needed to be "re-flashed." A Samsung certified store can do it for free. The nearest store was about 30 miles away. I rushed over, only for them to tell me that the phone was out of warranty due to being pre-owned. It still can be flashed, but it would cost over $200. This was meant to be a present for my wife the next day. What a waste of time and all the hassle that I went through only to return the unit. It was suggested at some point that Best Buy didn't check the region where the phone came from. Quick IMEI check showed that it was outside of US, likely in Europe region. I even bought a screen protector. It's still sitting in the shipping package unopened. I got refunded for the phone, but what about all the time I've spent waiting for the phone to arrive and the drive, gas spent, the calls, the trip to return the item? No compensation for something that was the fault of Best Buy. BTW, the phone was in its original package, but packed loosely so the phone was flopping around within the box. The shipping package was just a bubble lined envelope. and the box inside looked as if someone stepped on one end of it. This would be something I'd expect from a third party, but didn't imagine it would be from Best Buy. It should have at least been shipped in a box rather than an envelope.

Easy to use, to update. Came in what looked like perfect condition.

Extremely happy with this phone. I have had the phone for a month now and haven't had a single issue with it.

It came in a good shape and of good quality. The battery life is at 90% which is still good

bpught it thought it was compatible with tracfone it wasn't returned it for refund had to pay a restock fee thought i woujd get credited back on my card but got a best buy gift card instead nkt happy.....need tell people what phones are ok for tracfone
