    The S20 Ultra looked brand new arrived a week ahead of time. The employee was knowledgeable and as well as helpful. I would actually recommend Best Buy's used phone selection over the "Free" phones offered by certain companies.

    Unlocked phone no scratches great battery life. Easy to set up. Popped in my sim card and was able to activate on Straight Talk without any issues.
