The phone is in very good condition I like it a lot it is very fast and it is in very good condition I highly recommend it being a slightly old and used phone

Compared to the new one it has no difference except its opned one. Using it around 1.5 year+ and no issues at all. Battery works great. Using fast charging adapter bought from bestbuy it takes very little time to get fully charged.

Not a great phone and two of the three phones i ordered had there GPS's broken making maps unusable. The A50s really leaves you wanting more from this phone.

Buying refurbished phones from bestbuy is the thing I can ever do. I am never disappointed and never feel short changes. My phone was like new with a perfect box and charger. I never go anywhere for my tech needs

I bought a Galaxy 10S new last year and i compare the A50 i just bought not much difference i was very please with how nice this phone is. Very happy cheap and good

Was told the Samsung phone model was compatible with carrier - Pure Talk USA- it was not upside is return was quick and easy turning a disappointing experience into a positive one. I’m sure the phone is fine using a different carrier, just not for omame. During the process I dealt with 800 number rep and in store personnel at N Academy store in Colorado Springs, CO. Thank you for having well trained friendly employees, best customer service I have experience in quite a while.

I have purchased open box and used phones from Best Buy a bunch of times with no problems. This one was a gift for my kid so when I received it I gave it a quick visual once over and hid it for the holidays. After I gave the gift and was hooking it up I noticed a very bad Burn In that was on the whole screen especially where the apps used to be organized on the screen. Very disappointing and I will definitely not trust Best Buy for this type of purchase again.

This phone isn't unblocked I returned it, i have TMOBILE and this phone is from Verizon ,you guys charged me 45 dollars to return my money because the phone isn't event unblocked!

Hated having to replace my phone because of losing data. But has easy steps to transferring data from old to new.

Price was great, but returned due to phone did not hold a charge and sound during call would intermittently fad out
