Overheated from the first night of charging and never fully charged. New and better phones cost the same or about the same.

This is good and better to buy this mobile with low price

Probably one of the best generations of samsung. The phone arrived 2 days early. Set up was fairly easy too aside even though it started up as verizon...the transfer to tmobile wemt quick with customer service

I do not know that BestBuy holds this type of business to sell pre owner phone. I am great to buy this phone for my cousin.

The only complaint I have is you can be talking and all at on e the other person starts to say hello because the phone drops the call

I was so excited to get this phone. I received the wrong phone, they sent me a samsung galaxy s10 instead of the 10e smh and on top of that the phone was damaged. I have lost trust in best buy. I will never buy a refurbished phone again.

It was absolutely horrible. I bought it as a birthday gift. The battery doesn’t last 2 hours. The phone barely lasted 3 months. NOT worth it.

Overpriced for a refabbed phone, got same one on Amazon (just in blue) for almost $90 less. Also, the battery doesnt last longer than about 6 hours before having to be charged. Other phone battery holds charge for 12+ hours.

When i want to return it they try to charge me 40 dollars i don’t advice anyone go to get phones from best buy

Overall a good choice for cell phone, since it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I will never ever wrap my mind around paying more than a thousand bucks for the latest and greatest cell phone, but perhaps I am just a skinflint. I would give it more stars except it suffers, as do most Android phones, from mediocre battery life. Plus, I cannot replace the battery like I could with my previous Galaxy phone. Gotta make the customers buy another cell phone somehow. That may be good for the bottom line but it's not all that great for the environment.

Great little phone for the money. I bought it because I wanted the Galaxy s10e quality that I bought because I couldn't afford a newer version. I needed a great phone now.
