    Very impressed! Was debating between this and Sonos Arc, but for the price point (Sonos setup is much more expensive) you can't go wrong! Paired this with the Samsung S90c 77in and an very happy.

    There is not comparison when it comes to wireless systems. The Atmos systme is fully powered and so easyntonset up and navigate. Especially if you are a Samsung familym

    I really can't tell a difference between this sound bar which retails at about $1800.00 vs. my previous Samsung sound bar which sells for about $600. I thought that the clarity would be better for my hearing loss. Unfortunately, it is not.

      Hello Sidu,

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the HW-Q990C Soundbar.

      You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear), you can set the audio function such as Spacefit sound, AVA, Voice Enhance mode, or Night mode.

      To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      By pressing the SOUND MODE button, you can select a pre-equalized audio mode such as Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound.

      If you would rather fine-tune your audio manually, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

      To control the volume of each speaker, select Center level, Side level, Wide level, Front Top level, Rear level, Rear Top level, Read Side level when you press the CH LEVEL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      You will also be able to adjust all of these settings manually using your iOS or Android device. By downloading the SmartThings app and then connecting your Soundbar using Wi-Fi, you will have access to your Soundbar right from your pocket.
