    No bass from subwoofer

    Disappointing Subwoofer. Paired the soundbar and subwoofer with a 2018 Samsung. The bass is non existent. I used Smart things have subwoofer set at +6. If you listen at a normal volume level you will never hear any bass. Unfortunately I do not really this soundbar model HW-QS730D

      Thank you for taking a moment to review the Samsung HW-QS-730D Soundbar.

      There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
      1. Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the level between -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.

      2. Adjust the bass control by pressing the TONE CONTROL button on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

    I bought this as an Open Box Excellent condition. It was supposed to come with everything. The one delivered was missing the hdmi cable, manuals, and brackets. I wouldn’t buy open box without being able to inspect it.

    It came Bricked out of the box. Device is stuck showing TV ARC. Unable to change input or connect with HDMI, Bluetooth, or Optical.

      First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.

      If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

    Open box item purchased at a “decent” discount. Said to have accessories but were not the correct cables for the product. Luckily had my own so it worked out. Wouldn’t let me test it in the store before purchasing

      Hi BrayanT,

      We appreciate you taking a few moments to review the Samsung HW-QS730D Soundbar.

      To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

      Press the CH LEVEL button so you can adjust the volume of each speaker. CENTER LEVEL or TOP LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6.

      With the optional SWA-9500S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit connected you can adjust the volume by using the provided Soundbar remote. Press CH LEVEL and select REAR LEVEL, then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

    Off rip there were issues with sound quality so was updated though smartthings new firmware didnt resolve issue seems like it made it worse couldn't put volume pass 9 or 10 without PRT message on display than automatically shutting down.going to return unfortunately.
