Setup was easy and went without issue. Only issue was that it shipped on FedEx. They had it almost 2 weeks before it delivered.

This Samsung 5.1.2 system sounds perfect and integrated perfectly with my Samsung TV. Got it on sale and I LOVE it!

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q750C Soundbar System which comes with a subwoofer and rear speaker kit. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the wireless description of the rear speakers.
Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with the HW-Q750C Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your time with the Soundbar has not been perfect.
There are a few ways you can troubleshoot your Soundbar. Make sure the speaker cable is placed just right within the back of the speakers. The clamps need to be only holding the exposed speaker wire. If the clamp is making contact with the rubber covering, then it can cause interference with the rear speakers.
Next, make sure that the Soundbar is set to any Sound Mode other than Standard, if you are using Standard, this can cause the Soundbar to not send the rear channels properly to the speakers, causing issues with your surround sound experience.
Also, check the TV Digital Audio Output, if it is set to PCM, then you will only be sending a stereo signal to your Soundbar which will not allow the rear channels to play. Use Bitstream, Pass-Through or Auto depending on your TV settings.
Lastly, by design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume. So you are able to increase the volume of the rear speakers by pressing the CH LEVEL button on your Soundbar remote, and then using the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the volume between -6 to +6.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in. You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the UP/DOWN buttons to change the levels between -6 to +6.

I took it out of the box myself and hooked it up to TV, to my WiFi, and the sound is so much better than the older model sound bar I replaced. Definitely a great sale price!
