Surround sound boxes not syncing. Great sound but would be better if syncing.

Great sound and super easy setup with my Samsung Neo TV. The surround sound has fooled my wife and I from thinking someone was outside. Truly immerses you.

Fantastic soundbar! I wish I’ve gotten it sooner, makes movies 10x better

The system sounds great. Having the ability to have sound projected from behind is amazing. The eARC worked perfectly. The use of the remote was very easy to change any volume setting.

I bought this and the 75" Q70 tv for our bedroom and i can now actually go from the living Room to the bedroom and not get frustrated!

This is so amazing item I bought. Previous one I had Bose sound system. my concern that Samsung sound system is much better then Bose. So rating should be more then excellent.

I upgrade from my other soundbar to another Samsung soundbar i real don't have to express how thrilled i am when i bought this one just awesome

Great setup to add to your home!! Easy to setup and very user friendly. My family and I can now enjoy football Sundays and movies as if we were in the stadium or theaters!

I purchased this open box item mentioned as Excellent condition on website, and once I reached the store at Walden Galleria, Buffalo, NY for pickup on 9/22, got shocked as the item given was NOT a usable item at all. It was covered with DUST. The person at desk handed me over just the subwoofer and the sound bar separately (NOT EVEN in ANY BOX or any COVER/WRAP!!!). It was missing remaining all the parts (Rear surround kit and other items as well). Once I showed him the website description and my purchase slip then he tried finding the missing items in store and came back later on after sometime just to tell that the remining items are missing!!!! He too agreed that this is a mistake!! Even it can't be considered as good item at all where as the store mentioned it as Excellent. It's a clear cheating as selling something as EXECELLENT where as it is not even in fair condition. Because, (1) there was no box and the items are not in any cover/wrap, (2) looks very dirty and covered in dust, (3) missing main parts and (4) the subwoofer shows many marks of heavy usage and tears at back side !!!! Don't know how they sell it as excellent?!?! I purchase many items from Best Buy and it was the first bitter experience, as I travelled almost 100 miles to pick this item but ended up with getting a bad item, then I returned the item then-and-there at their desk. The whole drive was in vain and in addition to the utmost upset for my kids who were very much eager for this item seeing at home! Very much disappointed with the store and would like to complaint the BEST BUY to take proper measures at such stores. This will simply dent their reputation and the word of mouth may spread the bad image of the store quickly and in turn the BEST BUY brand. Please don't sell something that is NOT what it is mentioned! Will not go to this store at Walden Galleria any more.

Much improved over previous models. Syncs up seamlessly. Very happy with the results I’m seeing and hearing. Worth the price.

Sound is good, not easy to set up and pair w my Sony Bravia. Might have the Geek squad come out to make sure im maximizing the output.

This sound system is amazing! I didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make, compared to the previous surround sound system. The Dolby Atmos option is epic!!!

The 2nd Samsung soundbar Ive purchased. this is an excellent sound syatem with great highs and lows.

Absolutely improves the sound for movies through streaming services. This is my 3rd sound system and without hesitation the best one!

I had an old soundbar that i didnt feel needed upgrading but at this price why. Its totally blows away the sound of my old one. Disnt knowni needed it until i actually got it

Really good sound!! I like it a lot a better sound bar from a jbl 2.1 2019. The jbl sound bar is good but this Samsung one is better

The soundbar is perfect, i did an upgrade in an old one i had and that’s the best i ever did. Great soundbar and good price too.

Sound is great compared to earlier sound system but requires lots of manual adjustments for streaming as music gets much too loud and voices not loud enough

The sound is quite powerful and the Bluetooth connectivity works very well, overall very good equipment, it's a shame that the satellite speakers are not wireless!
