While it was a little of a pain to set up, its far easier than traditional wires and such.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this open box item mentioned as Excellent condition on website, and once I reached the store at Walden Galleria, Buffalo, NY for pickup on 9/22, got shocked as the item given was NOT a usable item at all. It was covered with DUST. The person at desk handed me over just the subwoofer and the sound bar separately (NOT EVEN in ANY BOX or any COVER/WRAP!!!). It was missing remaining all the parts (Rear surround kit and other items as well). Once I showed him the website description and my purchase slip then he tried finding the missing items in store and came back later on after sometime just to tell that the remining items are missing!!!! He too agreed that this is a mistake!! Even it can't be considered as good item at all where as the store mentioned it as Excellent. It's a clear cheating as selling something as EXECELLENT where as it is not even in fair condition. Because, (1) there was no box and the items are not in any cover/wrap, (2) looks very dirty and covered in dust, (3) missing main parts and (4) the subwoofer shows many marks of heavy usage and tears at back side !!!! Don't know how they sell it as excellent?!?! I purchase many items from Best Buy and it was the first bitter experience, as I travelled almost 100 miles to pick this item but ended up with getting a bad item, then I returned the item then-and-there at their desk. The whole drive was in vain and in addition to the utmost upset for my kids who were very much eager for this item seeing at home! Very much disappointed with the store and would like to complaint the BEST BUY to take proper measures at such stores. This will simply dent their reputation and the word of mouth may spread the bad image of the store quickly and in turn the BEST BUY brand. Please don't sell something that is NOT what it is mentioned! Will not go to this store at Walden Galleria any more.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the sound occasionally not functioning properly. You may first want to check the cable connection of the soundbar to the TV or external device to ensure it is secure, and properly connected to the correct port.
In addition to checking the connections of the soundbar, please make sure your soundbar is using the latest firmware Version. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. You can update your firmware by using a USB device.
You may also want to initialize your soundbar by pressing the - and + (volume) buttons on the side of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset. Please know, this will reset all settings on the soundbar back to default; any sound adjustments will need to be performed again.
Should you continue to experience audio dropouts, and are connected wirelessly, please use the included cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Using a wired connection instead of wireless often eliminates the issue entirely and improves the user experience.
