Wired rear speakers

I don't like having wires running all the way to the module so basically I returned without opening the box. I didn't get a chance to test the system but I think most would prefer to have just the power connection

The B model had raving reviews I figured how different could they be? I got the audio setup and configured and was pretty happy with the purchase. Then after a month of using it started to have problems that I would hope would go away with time. Narrator: "They Didn't" The issue was the sound bar would cut out randomly during a viewing, no matter the app I was streaming from so it wasn't that. I swapped the inputs/outputs, cables, moved to an optical cable and the problem still persists. Now I have a decent sound system that cuts in and out that I cannot exchange for a new one.

Thank you for sharing your review of the HW-Q750C Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you are experiencing these issues with your new Soundbar.
There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.
First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
Next, update the firmware on your soundbar. The easiest way to accomplish this would be to download the SmartThings app and connect your Soundbar to Wi-Fi. This will allow you to not only download any firmware updates but also control your entire soundbar on the screen of your smart device.
If you'd rather download the software directly from Samsung, you can find the firmware directly on Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q750C under Q-Series.
Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page.
Please also verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

I went to Customer Support and wanted to Check if all items were there..as they had no Original Box. All Cables were there and the Remote was Missing and the Associate was helpless. And later she saw the Open Box label and it mentioned the Remote was missing. This was not mentioned on Website the items were missing. And i was convinced as they have mentioned any samsung remote would work with the Soundbar. When i reached home . ..and Opend the Bublewrap on the Sound bar ..there was a Dent on the Soundbar.which was not mentioned on the box label and it was overlooked as i was more focusing ..if everything was there or not. Finally started to setup.. and had issues connecting with HDMI/HDMI eArc ports.. and was able to connect via bluetooth and Wifi..played few mins and the connections was dropping...had to call Samsung for Troubleshooting. After a masive couple of hours with Samsung Support it has been determined the unit is not Functioning and it is defective..they asked me to ship it to their service Centre to New Jersey... I had to ship it to them..via UPS... first they said it is out of warranty as it 2022/2023 Model..i mentioned i just brought couple of hours ago and i had to send them receipts to verify and they can update their Samsung Warranty system in the Backend. It was so stressful weekend... . handling all this the whole day. I agree and understand we get good/great deals on Openbox for a reason.. it would be nice if it would be mentioned what you are getting when you reserve and pickup from store... And It says Geeksquad tested.. and it dosent work when you try to Connect it.. and need to go through all this Stress and Pain..
