Back two channels are connected to a small device which is ok. Also works better with Samsung tv or stand alone. I have an insignia tv and keeps on having to turn on/off

Thank you for sharing your experiences with the HW-Q750C Samsung Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your initial time with the Soundbar has not been ideal.
There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.
First, you will want to download the latest software for your Soundbar. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q750C under Q Series.
Download the update and install it via a USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well.
Alternatively, you can download SmartThings on your iOS or Android device. This will allow you to update your Soundbar automatically or manually right from your phone or tablet.
Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV.
Next, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

It's not the greatest but the price isn't insane either. So it's a good affordable system. The Samsung Q series has the ability to wirelessly connect via Bluetooth and WiFi. It offers wireless Dolby Atmos sound. The Q symphony will enhance your Samsung TV sound and experience. It will adapt by allowing you to hear voices better at low volumes so you don't have to keep turning the volume up and down. It also offers the SpaceFit Pro so that the sound calibrates to your space and fills up the room. I love the Airplay 2 which allows me to use my iphone and play my music off the soundbar. It's so nice to have the Samsung speaker on while I'm cooking or cleaning so I can listen to music and really enjoy it instead of have to wear airpods or use my phone directly. It's a way better music experience using the soundbar. The sub is wireless but the satellite speakers are not, which may limit your ability to have the greatest sound experience. You will have to see if you can configure the rear speaker kit to work for you. For our living room it wasn't ideal because we have an open floor plan and there was no place to set the rear speakers unless they were on the floor next to a wall. Also, there's no voice assistant built in, which we have in a current sound bar and don't rely on heavily but it is a nice addition to have and I do miss it in this one. I think the Samsung Q series soundbar looks sleek and attractive in the titan black. It will compliment and blend in with your current TV and decor. The one thing I really love about the Soundbar is that it has the ability to be mounted to the wall. For so many people that have their TV mounted on the wall, this is the soundbar that will work nicely to mount that just below, instead of having it sit a few feet below on a stand. This way it's the whole system and looks nice. If you're looking for a soundbar with good sound while not breaking the bank, I recommend the Samsung Q series.
