It was superb when it decided to work. The Bluetooth function disappeared completely. When you try to select the source it's not available. The wireless function has haptic feedback or something even when hard wired 8k HDMI.

We love it. It wasn't the system that we went in to get. We went in to get one that was on sale, and they had one but they couldn't find it. But we are very impressed with this one.

Didn’t start out well but after the 2nd installers checked things out, after they left in an hour the sound system started working perfectly.

Well so far, it's wonderful. We will see if it last longer then the one i bought 2 yrs ago. Same brand, same style. Front bar went on and off.

I think the best part is the separate speakers. When you watch a college football game you hear the announcer and music from the stadium from these speakers. Awesome!

Bought in fair condition, did not realize it was missing the rear speaker module as it was not noted in the details. Now I cannot find ANY information about which specific module i need to acquire for the HW-Q750B. None of what i am finding is consistent, and the store employees could not seem to figure it out either.

It's pretty good. I replaced an old home theater system and this one isn't as good but I didn't want to spend thousands.

Good product. The only drawback is that the surround speakers need to be wired with the receiver. Its not plugin and play.

Needed to upgrade from the HW-A650 and get that 4k passthrough. Ended up with this Q series soundbar and it's worked great.

The salesman was terrific, couldn't happier. Was extremely knowledgeable.

I ordered this Samsung sound bar as an open box item. I was excited, because i've done that before years ago and always had good result. However, this one had to be shipped to me, What I received has completely turned off my experience. Not only did they send me a beneath fair condition item, it was Frankenstein together to send out. I know this because one speaker still had the "fair" label on it, the other speaker had "good" label on it. Deep box cutter scratches all over it, It was missing one of the rear speakers, all the cords, remote and anything else that was essential, but still listed as "Excellent condition." This product was so bad off, even the in store employee's pointed out the way it was mailed to me was unacceptable. They wouldn't accept an in person return, so I had to mail it back. Disgusting that something I really truly wanted, was not properly represented and another unit (They're on clearance now) wasn't substituted, without having to pay more. They focused HEAVILY on upselling, even though it was their fault. it comes off as predatory practice in my opinion. You screwed up and now want me to pay more. Wow. I'm upset that I even opened up a card with them and will make it a habit to not shop with them again after this. Again, i'm disgusted.

We are very satisfied with this soundbar. It is as advertised and shipping was easy and on time.

Husband loves this system. I like the streamline of cords so I can make it esthetic pleasing

Very impressed with this sound bar... Had a high end Vizio sound bar that kept losing connection this one has not lost connection once

It is my first sound system and the sound delay drives me crazy. Obviously, we are talking about a small delay, but is "big" enough to become annoying since the lips don't match the sound. I don't get it because my bluetooth headphones don't have that problem. Both my TV and this device are Samsung so I would never expect issues but I guess I was wrong.

So I haven’t opened it yet. But Best Buy won’t quit sending me emails about it. So here we are. I’m sure it’s good, buy it you nerds.

I purshased these because of the great deal i got on the price, but I returned them quickly after swtup as I was not impressed. The extra wired reciever for the back speakers is just ulgy no matter what you do and after setup youll fine the back speakers dont have impressive output. I would keep looking. I had to increase my spending to find better, though.

The front speaker work great but you don’t get much from the back speaker not true surround
