Rears are terrible, soundbar itself is meh
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the first month of experiencing this, it wasn't anything special. However, since then the rear speakers have been consistently cutting in and out. Even when it works, the sound is so subtle (I cannot stress this enough), it might as well not even exist. Unfortunately, I am past the return window on this, but If I could, I would not hesitate to return and purchase something better.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with the performance of your HW-Q750C soundbar.
Did you know that you can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the UP/DOWN buttons to change the levels between -6 to +6.
By pressing the CH LEVEL button, you can adjust the volume of the available channels. Each time you press the CH LEVEL button it will switch to a different channel such as Center, Front Top, or Rear Level. After selecting the channel you wish to adjust, use the UP/DOWN buttons on the provided Soundbar remote to adjust the volume between -6 to +6.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
With the sound mode set to Standard, press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band for precise audio adjustments. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.

Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q750C under Q Series.

Next, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

Not worth the money
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a couple of months the suround started cutting out then just stopped working. The base cannon did the same thing. Although, The sub isn't exactly spectacular. I have a much cheeper brand with a sub less than half this size of this one that rocks. Thank you for taking a moment to review Samsung’s HW-Q750C soundbar.
There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.
First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
Next, update the firmware on your soundbar. The easiest way to accomplish this would be to download the SmartThings app and connect your Soundbar to Wi-Fi. This will allow you to not only download any firmware updates but also control your entire soundbar on the screen of your smart device.
Please also verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. The LED display changes as follows: White moves from left to right and right to left, and the middle LED blinks Cyan 3 times. Then the middle LED will blink RED and turn off.
You can also try manually re-pairing your subwoofer and rear speakers by following these steps:
1. Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer or the wireless receiver of the rear kit for at least 5 seconds.
• The red indicator on the rear of the subwoofer or receiver turns off and the blue indicator blinks.
2. Press and hold the Up button on the remote control for at least 5 seconds.
• The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it disappears.
• The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete.
3. Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete). The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the Soundbar and the Wireless Subwoofer or wireless receiver.
Samsung is committed to providing the best possible product experience, quality, and value. We back this Samsung Soundbar with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defect, if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller.

Posted .Hi IsaacV,
Thank you for your review of Samsung’s HW-Q750C soundbar. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with [issue], but we greatly appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.
You may first want to check the cable connection of the soundbar to the TV or external device to ensure it is secure, and properly connected to the correct port.
In addition to checking the connections of the soundbar, please make sure your soundbar is using the latest firmware Version. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet, Auto Update allows software to update automatically even when the Soundbar is turned off. You can also update by using the SmartThings app. You can also update your firmware by using a USB device.
You may also want to initialize your soundbar by pressing the - and + (volume) buttons on the top of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset. Please know, this will reset all settings on the soundbar back to default; any sound adjustments will need to be performed again.
Should you continue to experience audio dropouts, and are connected wirelessly, please use the included cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Using a wired connection instead of wireless often eliminates the issue entirely and improves the user experience.
If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST (Ask for Soundbars), 7 days a week. Our Live Chat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PS4 OR PS5!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are hoping you can play 5.1 channels on this on your PlayStation, well you can't! I had a Samsung tech come and tell me that they too had this problem with their own soundbar, admitting this is a flaw with their soundbars that most people would never find out. Worst of all, Samsung will just blames Sony for this problem for not sending a signal that is compatible with a device that came out AFTER the PlayStation 4 or 5. This device should be designed to work with other devices, NOT the other way around! If I knew this, I would never have bought this supposedly premium thing and just stuck to a proper receiver, but after 2 months spinning my wheels and hours and hours on the phone with Samsung, I finally discovered that it's a flaw in the design, and now I can't return it!
