Thank you for sharing your review of the HW-Q750C Soundbar. I am glad to see you are enjoying the Soundbar. Your thoughts regarding the rear speakers will be shared among our internal teams.
You can adjust the volume of the rear speakers by using the remote included with the connected soundbar. Press the CH LEVEL button on the soundbar remote, then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
Additionally, make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. You will want to make sure that your TV Digital Audio Format is set to Pass-Through, Bitstream, or Auto. This will allow the TV to send audio to your rear speakers correctly.

It has the front the sub and the 2 rear but it been much better to be able to add two left two right and all by wireless. I should done more research. The sound is good for a livingroom but for the money I have had better units.

I really love the fact that it fully integrates with your other Samsung products from different years. Great purchase! Oh, and turn on something like Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the ring, and put it on 35 or 40 (hint it goes up to like 100). Completely puts you in the movie. When I’m just watching normal TV I have it on 10-15. Great sound!

I bought it because it is Samsung, and I also just purchased a Samsung Q80 series 85" tv.... Got tired of having one brand of TV remote trying to Sync up with a different brand of sound bar remote, and a "DISH" network remote. Now it is effortless! Captured all functions on the satellite TV remote. PERFECT! 'Q' series let the TV speakers sync up to'Q' series sound bar

It was fairly easy to unbox and install the pieces. Interestingly, the main soundbar and the rear receiver are compatible worldwide (110V-240V AC 50/60 Hz), whereas the subwoofer is only 110V AC 50/60 Hz. Why not make the subwoofer also 110-240V AC? My other soundbars are Samsung (ca 2018) and Sony SS40R (ca 2022) as points of reference and expectations. I bought this soundbar during the 2023 BF sale ($479.99) for its Dolby Atom and DTS features. However, the build quality of the subwoofer and the rear speakers disappointed me, compared to the Sony SS40R. From what I could see the main soundbar has two front and two up-firing speakers. Overall, the upgrade (sound quality) is marginal, compared to my existing ones.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the HW-Q750C Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your initial time with the Soundbar has not met your expectations.
So you are aware, the HW-Q750C Soundbar has three front firing channels, not only the left and right but a center channel as well. This allows for improved dialogue as this is the channel where dialogue is produced from.
Please know, in addition to the available sound modes, your soundbar features a wide range of other customization options accessed with the remote. Use the steps below to further optimize the sound to your personal preference:
You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the level.
By pressing the CH LEVEL button, you can adjust the volume of the available channels. Each time you press the CH LEVEL button it will switch to a different channel such as Center, Front Top, or Rear Level. After selecting the channel you wish to adjust, use the UP/DOWN buttons on the provided Soundbar remote to adjust the volume between -6 to +6.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
With the sound mode set to Standard, press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band for precise audio adjustments. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.

I purchased the Samsung soundbar and now I don’t have to be blasted out of the house so my husband can hear the TV. It has great sound for the movies and the surround sound makes you think that car or plan is coming through your living room

Samsung Q750 5.1.2 soundbar

This was the first time I purchased an open box item but was very impressed. It was $800 new but $300 open box. Unit was in good shape and has incredible sound, just ask my neighbors!!
