It has everything I was looking for and sounds great with the TV. The way it syncs with the TV audio is great and adds another dimension. Is it the best surround system ever? No but for the price it does a fantastic job.

One speaker is in the wrong place, because the team didn't have a wire long enough, so I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. They said I should buy a wire, but since I paid for the soundbar and installation, I'm not sure why I should have to spend more for an extra wire.

This was the first time I purchased an open box item but was very impressed. It was $800 new but $300 open box. Unit was in good shape and has incredible sound, just ask my neighbors!! I am extremely happy!!

Decent when it works

This has been the biggest headache just trying to get all the speakers to connect. I've looked through all troubleshooting tips and manuals and the subwoofer will not connect. The rear speakers won't even come on (I'm assuming because the subwoofer won't connect?). While the surround sound bar does put out sound and it does sound good, why did I waste so much mobey for only half of the setup to work? Even then, the bar keeps disconnecting itself from my smart things so controlling the sound EQ proves to be nonexistent. I would not recommend. Spend more money and get a better sound system.

I’m sorry for the difficulties with your soundbars setup of the HW-Q750C. We understand your frustrations and are here to help.
Here are some tips that may help in regards to manually connect your subwoofer and rear speakers.
When powered on for the first time, the rear speakers and subwoofer should automatically connect wirelessly. If the auto-connection process fails, you can try manually connecting the sub and rears to the soundbar.
Before performing the manual connection procedure, check whether the power cables for the Soundbar and subwoofer are connected properly and make sure that the Soundbar is turned off.
Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds. The red indicator on the rear of the subwoofer turns off and the blue indicator blinks. Press and hold the Up button on the remote control for at least 5 seconds. The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it disappears. The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete. The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the Soundbar and the Wireless Subwoofer.
To setup the wireless rear speaker kit included with the soundbar, first use the color-coded speaker wires to connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. Plug the wireless receiver module power cord into an electrical outlet and into the wireless receiver module to turn on the wireless receiver module.
Press and hold the ID SET button on the back of the wireless module for at least 5 seconds or until the blue light starts blinking. Turn off your soundbar and press the Up button on the remote for 5 seconds. The ID SET message will appear on the soundbar for a short time and then disappear. After the ID SET process, the soundbar power is automatically turned on. The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the soundbar and the wireless receiver module.
Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet, Auto Update allows software to update automatically even when the Soundbar is turned off. You can also update by using the SmartThings app.
If not connected to the internet, you can download it onto a USB device, and then upload it to your soundbar - no wireless connection required. Connect the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar.
1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper left corner.
2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model
2. Download the firmware file (USB type).
3. Unzip the file to create a folder with the file name.
4. Store the created folder in a USB and then connect it to the Soundbar.
5. A sequence of “UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON” will appear on the display 3 times. This will take around 6 minutes.
- During update, do not turn it off or remove the USB.
- If “UPDATE” does not appear on the display window, remove the power cord from the Soundbar and then reconnect it.
- When the latest version is installed, no update is performed.
- Depending on the USB type, update may not be supported.
6. After the 3 cycles are complete, the Soundbar will restart and last source used will appear on the display for about 20 seconds and then it will go off (“UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON”) 3 times “D.IN” > off

Surround is decent, height isn’t that noticeable. The app is much easier to use than the remote for any setting changes. I had trouble with EArc with my Vizio tv but my LG tv works fine with the soundbar.
