Happy but a little disappointed

Maybe my husband did something wrong but he read the manual.

While it’s great to hear that you’re loving the sound quality of your HW-Q930C soundbar, I’m sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced with low volume coming from the rear speakers.
Please know, there are various settings you can adjust to improve your experience with the rear speakers.
You can adjust the volume of the rear speakers by using the remote included with the connected soundbar. Press the CH LEVEL button on the soundbar remote, then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
Additionally, make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If you are using a format such as PCM, you may experience decreased volume to the rear speakers. Select Bitstream, Auto, or Pass-Through as these settings will allow the TV to send the correct channels to the rear speakers.

It's like watching a movie in an actual Movie Theater! I got the Q-Series 0.1.4 ch system. I love it and would like to compare it to the newer 11 ch 990 system, but I can't imagine it could be better than what I have.

The Samsung speakers really do pair best with Samsung TV’s. It might sound obvious but from someone that has bought Bose Sonos and other brands they really are the best to have in home.

If you can afford around the $500 extra, go with the 990s even though these speakers sound great.

I guess last person had trouble getting rear speakers to work but that was a quick fix other than that you would never know this was a “damaged item”.

Setup was very simple and connection was quick and painless. The sound is very good and I feel like it was money well spent. With the app on the phone I can manipulate it further but haven’t found the need to yet.

I had it originally connected to the TV with the optical cord, but then realized I needed to use the eARC HDMI connection to get the Dolby function. I still don't see the option for Dolby on my new Samsung TV it only shows PCM and Auto for the sound options. It sounds good though.

Kinda impulse bought this when I got my new Samsung TV and I’m glad I did! The sales associate educated me on the Q Symphony integration that seamlessly hooks up to the tv and all 4 pieces of the sound system.

Was hesitant to spend this type of money on a sound bar but after hearing the difference in quality compared my last one. I would without a doubt recommend.

It does cut out every now and then and it seems like the sound profile or any changes I make to the sound resets after its turned off tho.

I paid the extra money for a product that would rattle my house if i wanted it to. This is not that product. It sounds good but i would have went with a cheaper or different product if i would have known what i was getting.
