As mentioned site not 120ghz but it is 60GHz. İnternet slowly. I watch videos or movies sometimes turns itself off. you need to open again. this is very frustrating. image and sound quality was good.

I got this TV on a cyber Monday sale and it is an excellent tv for the price. The smart functions of the tv are not all they are cracked up to be though.

Great picture! (Take time to calibrate the picture. I use the Movie setting) Easy to use and setup. Excellent features. Sound is good although not great. On sale price was very good. I replaced a top of the line TV and it is at least as good. Everything about it is quality. Highly recommend.

This TV is for every day use i.e. not home theater and functions very well for that purpose. Clear and sharp picture, easy set up and use. My first smart TV and I'm pretty happy with it. I don't use the smart features as often but its nice that they are there. The internet set up was pretty easy (we only set it up wirelessly). We figured that we'd need wired connection to get the speed but nope, haven't had content loading problems. One thing I would say is that whenever you adjust volume or press any menu buttons etc there is an associated sound with it that is quite annoying.

I picked this up for my mom as a gift as she was running an original sony XBR lcd from 2003. She was asking about features that needed hdmi and that tv didnt have it. First make sure to do a firmware update on the tv.. its easy and downloads via the internet connection. It will solve lots of issues samsung had to address and refine. The picture was good out of the box.. however I went on the AVS forums and checked for calibration settings for this model. The pros with the fancy equipment post up there. After calibrating the tv looked 10 times better after 5 minutes of adjustments. Value wise this TV by far had the best picture in its class and price range with features such as smart apps. I would point out my mom isnt tech savvy and has issues with switching inputs but she understands how to use this set. Make sure you have at least 8 Mbps to stream hdtv sources such as netflix. The only con I found was the 60hz refresh rate. As she doesnt watch high paced action movies or video games this was perfect. If you watch stuff with explosions or play games go for a 120hz model. This tv is very good but not designed for that. Samsung says 240hz on some models but thats all marketing and not real, its actually 120.

We were seeking an LED in ambient lit , moderate sized living room, to put on a corner stand so as best viewing and also so as not to dominate the room. Size was to be 45-50". Tried another brand, then found price break on the Samsung UN46EH5300, lower than the non-smart version UN46EH5000. Modified the Samsung settings as per some other reviews. Picture was so impressive, returned the other 47" TV the same day. Sound quality very good. Have not tested the 'Smart' features yet since mainly interested in comcast cable and dvd playing at this time. Some negative reviews found on the internet related to the failure of some Smart features but that was not motivation to buy this unit. Will try that at later time and if Netflix works OK, that will be a bonus for us. Haven't decided on warranty protection yet. Some concern since some reviews (not on bestbuy) indicate issue with capacitor failure after couple years. Had a warranty on our 3+ year old Samsung 40" in our bedroom but never had to use it. Very pleased with this purchase and price. Best Buy beat out the online retailers on this one.

Easy set up and network access within 5 minutes after unpacking and putting the HDMI cable in. A little more expensive that the "no-name" Walmart/Target/Kmart door busters that are prevelant this time of year but I needed the TV asap to replace a malfunctioning Westinghouse LED that I BOUGHT LAST YEAR AS A DOOR BUSTER...... I use this for TV, streaming Netflix, and primarily as a stock market screen display on a Window 7 PC with a HDMI video card. Should have bought the Samsung first..........

Has a great picture in various lighting conditions. The set-up was straight-forward, although I am having a problem getting a good picture when I connect the Wii. The smart-t.v. function is convenient and easy to use.

Love this TV the picture quality and features alone make it a great purchase. I paired it with the newest LG 4.1 channel soundbar and it makes for a great experience.

The picture is amazing which is the most important part for me. I am also a new subscriber to Netflix and cutting back the cable. This tv allows for seamless access to media aps.

This is a great TV. The comment above is a mere nuisance and does not happen often. You will enjoy the picture quality and size.

This was a great tv for the year and a half that it lived. Today my tv turned itself off and would not turn back on. After doing some research I found this is a common problem in Samsung smart tv models and an earlier version has been recalled for similar issues. I had geek squad come out to assess the damage and was told that this happens often (although he said usually within the year of warranty) and the main board would need to be replaced. The cost of replacing the main board is over half of what I paid for the tv itself (and that repair was only guaranteed for 30 days), for this reason I will no longer recommend this tv or any samsung products as long term quality control does not appear to be a feature. If you choose to purchase this tv don't make the same mistake I made and be sure to include the longest extended warranty possible.

This television has lost it's backlights, and was purchased on 11/23/13. I will have to replace the inverter and the T-con board and pray that works--or else put it in the trash. What a colossal waste of money!

bought two tv the same model one is 40' and another is 46' . The 40' is working still good (I believe bcz I wont connect to internet on tis). The second one 46' worked fine for few months and got struck sometimes while connecting internet, now not responding while turn on, no picture, no sound. raised service request no one is responding (samsung service is very bad).

I bought this TV from the Best Buy at 86th and Lexington here in Manhattan on 4/26/14. They didn't have the tv in the store but the guy told me it's stocked in a warehouse and they'll deliver. Well....I just opened the box and the TV is smashed and it was missing mounting components. I called Best Buy at the toll free number and they said I can purchase a more expensive TV or send this one back and get a new one. Great!

Could not get it to come on, had to take it back to the store where the geek squad confirmed it was DOA. Do not understand why it was not cleared and tested before it was shipped. So disappointed. Will not buy factory refurb again. Still waiting for a replacement.
