Stopped charging

We appreciate your thoughts as we strive to improve the functionality and performance of our product line. If your Galaxy Buds FE aren't charging properly, please clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and also in the case. Then, ensure the wingtips are correctly attached to the correct earbud and verify the earbuds are properly seated in the case. You can also try using a different, Samsung approved charging cable and/or wall adapter. Last, you can reset the earbuds by placing them in the case and holding the touch areas for five seconds. He went above and beyond to ,are sure I got what I wanted. I was beyond please. I have a Samsung galaxy phone and an iPad and it works well. Great service and value. Best Buy keep up the fantastic work.
