If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. I can't hear much around me when i have it in my ears, and I only use one ear bud at a time, 2. It sometimes disrupted my calls or music. (sounds like robot).

I get to the store and there were about 5 people in front of me. It took the guy about 10-15 minutes to find a specific item for the first gentelmen in line. The next few customers went pretty quickly. I was being taken care of for over 30 minutes. Leading me to be in your store for almost an hour for an online pickup. This is unacceptable and ill probably never return to that location. It wouldve been faster for me to go in the store, pick out the items, then cashout at a normal register. The whole point of someone doing an online order is to save time. My time was wasted because they couldnt find one item. Mind you the staffs superior was back there and didnt help find the item at all.
