So I actually didn’t think it was caused by the earbuds at first. When I’ve made some research that a lot of people were suffering from the same issue. It’s unfortunate that Samsung still does not call back these earbuds.

So far, they're perfect. Wireless charging case is perfect to throw on the pad and leave it charging overnight. Sound is awesome with a surprising amount of bass for workouts. Call quality is great even in a crowded office. Fit is good and stays in place during workouts.

I usually have trouble with the ear pieces not staying in, but these are perfect. The sound is amazing and the noise canceling is terrific! I'll probably but my mom a set of these soon

I was worried about the comfort because I have a daith piercing on my right ear and I can wear them without any problems. Sometimes I have to move it a little to find the best spot but it's nice to be able to wear wireless earbuds. I have tried a few different kinds but these are by far more comfortable.

He said they fit good in his ears and the noise canceling feature is amazing. We were in the car and I was talking on the phone with blue tooth. He said he turned on his music and he could barely hear me and my conversation with my friend.

Had the Buds+ and those fit very well but had to get new ones. Tried the Live and just didn't feel as nice. So ended up with the Pro due to it's similar body like the buds+. Connect is very good. Once sync it connected very flawlessly.
