Excellent earbuds packed with a ton of useful features, Samsung keeps improving and tuning them constantly by firmware updates which is a big plus in a world flooded by hundreds of earbuds that have no support whatsoever past the point of release to the market (INCLUDING FAMOUS NAMEBRANDS). Best when paired with Samsung mid tier or better phones to take advantage of the Dolby Atmos support + Surround sound with 360 Audio , which is another Three-dimensional surround with a twist, 360 Audio provides "a true 360-degree surround sound" for an immersive environment while enjoying media content. It follows your head movements to make it feel like the sound is coming from the screen by changing the left and right sound volumes of the earbuds. Besides the software features mentioned before, battery wise they have a decent stamina, specially with ANC off ... once enabled battery life takes a hit, same with the external noise enabled, I wish samsung could improve battery in time. with many cases and professional gel and memory foam tips available this earbuds offer the best bang for your bucks on this price range and when in offer they are unbeatable !

Better than my Airpod Pros. Wanted a second set of earphones. Already had the Airpod Pros. These charge faster, fit better, and sound better.

Really comfortable pair of plugs. Sounds is great. Average noise cancelation. Glad I bought this pair. Way better then the previous bud live.

I've had these for about a month now, sounds nice but the battery seems like it don't last. The previous version that was out could be playing all day before you get a low battery warning. Not so great when using for phone calls. Everyone asks me if I am in a tunnel.

Good sound but can't seem to be able to keep them in my ears.

This was a gift for someone. When she got these it was after the 14 days she wanted to return them but couldn't. They didnt fit properly and kept falling out. The sound on them was great but she is not using them. Even though she bought the regular galaxy buds she still return them!

My boyfriend loves them! HOWEVER, the first pair we bought was defective, a bit of a crackling on certain songs, so those were returned and the second pair was completely fine. I have to tap him to get his attention and the noise canceling stops once he starts talking which is cool. I plan to get myself a pair for myself for the gym, the violet.

These sound amazing but have trouble keeping them in the ear.

Overall these are fairly priced for what you get. The lows and highs are great. Highs are extremely crisp but not too bright that they are taxing. Lows are clear and separated. Mids are lacking a bit but if you switch to dynamic mode this helps with that. Case magnets could be a bit stronger but thats only if you drop the case.

Great sound, easy to connect to Note 20 phone. This is my 3rd pair of headphones, they keep getting better and easier to use.

Comfortable to wear. They fit well and there's no issue with them falling out. Sound is good and people hear me well when used for meetings.

Honestly I am a big fan. I upgraded from my first ever wireless earbuds, the IconX to these. I wasn't sure if upgrading would be worth it or that noticeable but oh wow it is. These feel great to wear, excellent sound and mic quality and the noise cancelling and ambient sound features are amazing. Very easy to control with gestures and I love the wireless charging case. I can't give a good comparison to Apple Airpods or Jabra ect, but if your considering an upgrade from first or second generation earbuds I say its well worth it.

Had these for over a month now. The sounds is impeccable and the best I have experienced so far in ear buds. I have had beats and JLB in the past. The fit is where I struggle with. It take a few times to get them in properly and noticed after running for almost a hour, they begin to get loose and you can start hearing other sounds. That is when I know I need to re-secure them in the ear. Noise Cancelling is the best! I don't hear anything - which can be scary when running in parks etc. Like how the music goes down when it senses that I am talking. Super cool. Overall fair good aside from the fit and stay in place issue.

I mostly use my ear buds for phone calls and these are the best I've ever used for that purpose. There are multiple microphones which pick up your voice and distinguishes the sounds around you so the person on the other end of the line hears you more and background less. Buds+ were very good at minimizing background noise but these are significantly better. Music sounds great as well. I tried the beats studio and the music sounds slightly better but the call quality wasn't nearly as good as these are.

These are good quality buds and are definitely an upgrade from my og galaxy buds, but the buds could fit nicely inside my ear without them hurting. The Buds Pro however hurt after having them inside my ears for a long time, and I have a few issues with them detecting when they're inside my ears sometimes. The ambient noise and noise canceling work too

Oh my god this is amazing. I accidentally left it in my pocket and did my laundry and after it came out it was still working. Great product love everything about it. I literally thought it was going to be ruined when I realized that I put it in the washer but it is still working like new. I love love these. Have a great battery life
