    Very good earbuds that came with blank manual

    Right off the bat: the product looks and sounds great but my review copy had blank pages for the instructions/manual. I loved the packaging. It smelled of Samsung quality. But then came the surprise: blank pages neatly folded in place of the manual. I am tech savvy. I knew how to handle a new headphone without instructions. But I did an experiment and roped in my mom for a trial. She had no clue. She is the average older housewife. A good consumer with money but without any specific inclination for tech. She knows Samsung. She loves Samsung. But she struggled. There are no physical buttons. You cannot use bluetooth without the app. Without any prompts she just could do nothing with the earbuds. Major points off, Samsung. Not good. You are talking about a consumer (my mom) who has spent thousands of dollars on your products and this episode was a failure on your part. Having said all that, here are the other points I want to make: Packaging and Looks: 5 stars. The black is awesome. Finishing is top notch. You know you are spending for quality. Usability: Normally, 5 stars. With the blank manual: 2 stars. The Wearables app does the job. Connection through the app was seamless. The equalizer function and voice detect are all great. Active noise cancellation is as good as it gets for these kind of earbuds. I loved the ambient sound effects. Go 75%...my advice. The effects are quite sonorous. The phone call reception and usability felt flawless from my experience. There is a Game Mode on the app that I have not had the chance to tinker with. The volume and call control taps work quick. Battery life is around 5 hours alright. Overall, this is a good buy. The app gets updated from time to time and more functionalities can be added, I think.

    I have bought cheap wireless ear headphones in the past and of course they did not meet my expectations so when i upgraded and bought the new galaxy pro buds i had high expectations and was excited about my purchase! Unfortunately for the price paid and the fact that they continually fall out of my ears and that i can not get the noise canceling feature to work in one ear i am not satisfied with my purchase and it is past my return date so im kinda stuck with them. If not for these major issues i would say they are a decent product with expected sound quality. I just expected more for the price. They do hold a good charge and i love the fact that you can use one ear bud at the time tho and they look super cool. I have tried multiple different ear pieces and sizes and i still have not been able to stop the issues im having. I love Samsung just not this product. Will update if i can find a way to fix these issue otherwise 3 stars it is.

    ridiculous permission requirements

    You can't use the anc without the app, the app has ABSURD permissions requirements. Returning the same day. Just pairing with them from a Galaxy S21, there are options for anc and turn off touch control (required for me) and they refuse to work unless you do it through the alarmingly over-invasive app. I just want to listen to music, without uploading the entire contents of my phone to some giant corporation, is that so much to ask???

    They are not as good as the buds plus. Apparently they replaced the buds plus with these and it was a step back in my opinion

    They sound good with a volume booster app BUT the case battery dies in 2 days after 3 hours of use. My Jbirds and Jabras last for a week.

    It falls easily from the ear and there is no other accessories to be bought to prevent it from falling .

    I really had other expectations of them, the first ones I bought I had to change because after 3 days of use they began to fail, a noise is heard that distorts what you hear, the second ones alike and I could not change these because for reasons of work I could not go on time for the guarantee it is in samsung but where is samsung, I really do not recommend them

    I hate these earbuds!!! They are the second or third pair I buy, and each time was under the impression that they are the priciest that Samsung has got to offer, then they surely must be the best. No, they are the priciest but the worse in quality. I do not recommend them at all. You cannot hear clearly, and people have an awful time hearing you back.

    Less than 1 year old and the right bud stopped charging and will no longer recognize it being in the ear.

    Not entirely happy, buds do charge correctly they have pairing problems. They are going to be replaced within the next week.

    Horrible, apparently i have an allergic reaction to the tips to the point of needing prescription drops for my ear infection. Of course I find this all over the internet that this is a problem samsung wont take care of, and I'm past being able to return them.

    I had to return because my ears are really small and the adjustable ear plugs didn’t work. But beautifully made.
