The sound is great. The Touch buttons are a little too sensitive, easy to select the wrong functions. Battery life seems pretty good, especially with the recharging case. Highly recomended.

Great sound and works great with the Samsung ecosystem. The only issue I have is the fit. These earbuds don't have the wing tips like the originals. The buds pro eartips are designed for an oval fit so they are not inter-changeable with other eartips. Wish the pros came with more than the 3 sizes. I find myself readjusting the earbuds more often then I would like.

The sound is amazing, they have all the vells and whistles which i wanted, the ability to use one ear at a time, left or right, touch capabilities to start/stop/answer/hang up/turn up/turn down/skip/back they do everything. Noise cancelling ability vould be better but the ambient sound is top notch and i like that it has voice recognition and will lower volume when a voice is picked up. They are perfect for me at work. I only have one issue and its a big ebough issue to knock it down 2 stars, they are the most UNCOMFORTABLE earbuds ive ever used/owned. It comes with 3 tips, ive tried them all, but if i wear them for long periods of time, which i do at work, my ears start to kill me. Fix that and theyll be 5 stars. However, for uncomfortable as they can routinely be, everything else is so top notch that i couldnt bring myself to return them so i just bear through it or switch to the opposite ear until that one hurts and i switch back. Lol. The salesman said they were the most comfortable so he was lying or we just all like different things, i wouldnt shy away just bc they may be uncomfortable. Buy them and find out before writing them off altogether. Even uncomfortable they are worth it for me.

This has to be hands down the best ear buds from Samsung, I bought the buds live last year and hated them. Thankfully I found these and honestly I should have just waited to buy these first. First, the sound quality is great, really bass, and puchy at the same time, love it. Next, the ambiant sound is the best out of all the Samsung and the air pods pro. Third, the ANC is good but it still is not as good as the pods pro but that's a compromise I can live with. Finally, the features that come with the ear buds are awesome, the automatic transition to ambiant sound when you talk is cool. Pair this with the 360 surround sound in them too, ugh, just amazing. Thes are just amazing.

I have the Samsung Live earbuds. They felt uncomfortable for me so I explored The Pro buds. Very happy with these. Very comfortable for me and the sound is great! Battery life is great!!

They feel a bit odd at first if you have never worn ear buds before. They have only fallen out once, it was all me LOL! Sound quality is great. Noise cancel is ok, it does eat the battery. Ambiant sound works great I have no complaints on that feature. Pairs easy and automatically reconnects like a champ. Only drawback is you cannot have TV sound sent to ear buds if you have a soundbar in place. Says it can only do that if you have a hard wired headphone.... No head phone jack on the new S21. I just turn off the soundbar and use Samsung things to put TV sound in my ears at night. The wife loves that feature! All in all a great purchase!

I got these to replace my galaxy plus 2's. And i got the gslaxy plus 2's to replace my 3 yr old first grn gslaxy. I love samsung the sound and functionality have always been top notch. I work 5 ,12 hr shifts and need good sound. It is aamufacturer. Long life in the battery,and comfort. Allthough both the plus 2's and the pros were comfortable. They just aren't made for active people. They wouldnt stay in very well. Went through all the tip sizes. I have wierd ears i geuss. The funtionality of the independent controls are famtastic. Five,5,FIVE,functions on a bud. 1,2,3 hold for two seconds and press the dide amazing.

Good sound, battery last. Only issue its a little to big for my ear, after awhile my ear hurts.

I have experienced many headphones in my time and these are easily the best I have had the pleasure of owning. I was always against Bluetooth headphones since the idea of having to charge them seems silly compared to wired headphones, but the battery life on these last a very long time! Ive had these for months and have only had to charge them a few times. The noise cancelation is top notch and the ability to change modes to be able to hear whats around you is life changing. The charging pod the headphones come in is a lot smaller than most other Bluetooth headphones out right now and is never a nuisance to carry around.

The sound quality is actually pretty good. I like how you can turn ambiant sound on/off by simply tapping the ear bud. The battery life is pretty impressive as they seem to last literally all day with the charging case. They are also pretty indestructible especially since I've dropped them NUMEROUS times. Whoops. The only downside is they seem to fall out fairly easily if you have any kind of ear wax in your ears.

They are just as expected as I have purchased each version since they came out but I do wish the software from the first was kept. The first pairs allowed you to tap, double tap, and hold the bud and you could customize 3 options on each bud instead of just on 1 bud.

Excellent quality, comfortable to wear, easy connection. Doesn't drop connection and has long range of you need to step away. Can use your phone to find them if you set them down, you can set it up to warn you if your walking away without them so you didn't leave them behind. No lag in audio. 10/10 would recommend and will buy again!

Read all the reviews on ear buds. A new version is out but at half the price of the new one thought I would try these out. I am very happy with them. Have small ears and they fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable and do not fall out. I use them at the gym and had no problems. Sound is very clear and no one has realized it wasn't my phone I was on until I mentioned it was the buds. They all said nice and clear and no type of feedback.

Great sound, great battery life, but they don't say in your ears very well

Love the design and how easy it is to set them up. They're also very comfortable after finding the right size ear piece. And the sound is amazing! Definitely would recommend!

Battery great, once in vary comfortable, sound is right up there, touch option sensitive and are actuvate sometimes while putting in, other than that no complaints

These earphones sound great and they are very user-friendly, especially if you pair them up with another Samsung product (similar to the Apple ecosystem usage). The only problem is that they don't stay snug in my ear. They seem to get loose with easy movement and eventually fall off. Even seating down at work and using my computer I have to constantly re-fit them into my ear.

The sound quality is great. There are two improvements that would help me personally. First, when adjusting them to securely fit in my ears I always either cause the noise cancelling setting to change or I cause the music to play/ stop playing. So maybe a slight change to the ergonomics would be helpful. Second, Even with the largest ear-tips they fall out of my ears.
