Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. When you want to engage in in-person conversations, switching modes is easy with Intelligent Conversation Mode, which utilizes voice detection. We noted your concerns about not being able to keep the buds from falling out. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you're wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbuds settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test.
