Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they aren't fitting right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. I just bought a new galaxy phone and thought they would pair perfectly together. Unfortunately in my case the Galaxy Buds ended up being incredibly painful to wear. I couldnt wear them for more than 5 minutes and when I took them out of my ears they were bright red where the buds had been rubbing. I returned them. They still get two stars from me because the sound quality was great, the case was small, and the app was easy to use. If they hadn't been so painful I would have kept them.
