The sound was good but not the best. Listed in description would play music for 8 hours. All i was able to listen to was for 3 1/2 hours so i took them back. I have to work standing for 8 hours. Also app wasnt able to work with iphone. I returned them

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they aren't fitting right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Feel free to review, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" and "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. It has been countless of times I used it and people can't hear me or I sound muffled like I'm under water. This is the 2nd pair of Samsung Buds Pro that I have purchased with the same issue

They constantly fall out no matter what ear bud size you use. Also, the right piece stopped working after 4 uses. It no longer charged or synced. I tried it with other earbud charging ports and it still never charged or synced.
