Great sound and very comfortable on my ears. No issues so far.

Great noise cancelation perfect for yard work was hopeful it works be great for gaming too but just slightly worse than my current headset for audio

I splurged on improved Samsung Buds, but I hoping for another upgrade soon. While the sound is amazing, callers still have issues hearing me, and at times, I have had to get off Bluetooth and put the phone to my face. This edition has great sound for listening but is average for communication.

Ear buds sound great, fit better than previous version.

These earbuds are awesome the work well with my samsung fold 4. I do flooring and work alone mostly but i get business calls as im working and its nice to be able to use one earbud answer calls and then bavl to music. i can even use my bixby to call by voice activation. I feel lost whn i eont have thses in my pocket.

These beats are amazing my 1st purchase with best buy was a satisfying decision and will be buying another headset device soon, great customer service top tier when it comes to the need of the customer, all questions were answered promptly thank you again.

My wife loves her earbuds, this is the second set shes had after the first pair got lost. As a truck driver, i can tell you the work awesome for phone conversations, as i always hear her clearly and with little back ground noise.

These seem to have good sound. Like others said it would be nice to have manual eq settings. Also kind of hard sometimes to get the taps to respond. Maybe, it's just the user but I mostly just use these for listening to music, not make/take calls. Had a little trouble going from phone to laptop but once I got it to connect correctly I havent had any issues.

Amazing i always had bose wireless and the background while talking on the phone was horrible i couldn't roll my window down or have my AC on without people complaining while on the phone i thought yhis was normal for years then i got these and it has change things in a huge way im no longer sweating bullets in my car to avoid talking on the phone in fear that the person on the other end wont hear me

Ironically, this is my 3rd earbud set from Samsung themselves. My first ever earbuds was the Samsung Galaxy Buds. Then following up with that, would be the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus. Now officially upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and loce the ANC and quiet mode as it's great for gaming, listening to music, audio recording for my social media contents and other productivity needs. 5 stars
