Right out of the box, everyone I call on a regular basis said the sound quality THEY hear is bad and sometimes completely unintelligible. Additionally, they continually fall out of my ears -- and often at really bad times. Finally, the battery life isn't near as good as some others. I HOPE there are better quality wireless headphones out there, because these are NOT a home run.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they aren't fitting right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. The Galaxy buds app is no longer being updated for iPhone users and you cannot connect to the app. You are able to connect it to the phone but not to adjust features that this Bluetooth has.
