    Me personally-- I don't like earbuds with rubber inserts. So these are basically my favorite wireless earbuds. Lot of quality of life features if you pair with a Samsung phone, and the touch conteols are intuitive. Some people say the fit is awkward on them, but I like them.

    Other than the sound quality, these earbuds are a disappointment. They frequently disconnect and reconnect. They typically do not disconnect from my Samsung S24 when I put them back in their case. Finally, they also connect to my phone when they are in the case with the cover closed.

    I do not like these earbuds. I ended up returning them. They do not fit in my ears and they are very uncomfortable. The noise cancelling sucks. I can hear everything around me with them in my ears and playing. Overall I do not like them. The buds fe are cheaper and a better option.

      Thanks for reaching out to share your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 with us, Emily. If you've upgraded to a new phone or want to switch the devices your earbuds are connected to, you may need to manually restart your Samsung earbuds, which can also help if the earbuds are unresponsive. To restart them, simply insert the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid, wait at least seven seconds, and then remove the earbuds; they will restart and automatically reconnect to your device. You can also use the Galaxy Wearable app—just navigate to it on your connected phone, ensure both earbuds are connected, and test your Buds for normal operation. Samsung products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a limited 12-month period, and there's also the option to add extra coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices for additional protection and support. If you are still experiencing challenges with noise cancellation, you may need to reach out to us at Support so that we can further assist you. We hope that this helps!     Pretty good sets of buds only thing i highly dislike and am on the fence of giving bad review is the noise cancellation does not work at all and all it does isngive a loud screeching feedback noise, to the point you cannot use them or have them in your ears while that is on.

    They fall out all the time, hard to clean, dont waste your money, get the pro version.

If you're wearing your earbuds properly, you'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while out jogging, so be sure to wear them with the proper fit. Being that the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears. 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right.     I was willing to give these a try and yet again let down. O ly had these 3 months and have taken good care of them. Aside from them wanting to fall out of my ears but slipping slow enough I was able to readjust them, I have been experiencing connectivity issues with my phone, left bud is popping like a speaker is blown, right bud has charging issues. Good thing I got the geek squad 2 year service plan! Samsung really dropped the ball on these. Don't waste your money
